Came here to say I'm faithful customer...the service was horrible, the girl was rude and they had no decaf coffee, no wraps of anykind available...and nothing that's being advertised was not available either...need to improve with employee only one person working...couldn't even speak with a manager!

If I could give it negative stars, I would. They open whenever they please. They don’t care if they see people outside the gate. On weekdays, the mall itself opens at 11. Its a hit or miss if they open before then. Weekends the mall opens at 10 & they’ve opened way after 10. Meanwhile, they’re inside. Horrible.

usually get my coffee at this Dunkin with no issues but unfortunately today the so-called Manager was there her name was Serna she was not wearing a name tag and she was not wearing a Dunkin' Donuts uniform. And she was NOT friendly! she was trying to scheme me out of my money for a cup coffee. I had brought an online gift card which can clearly see the balance of $8.00 and some change the medium latte was $4.89 if simple, math concert that's plenty enough for a medium cup and donut then she told me that I had to pay an additional $2.79 out of pocket because my gift card didn't have enough??!! so she was charging me $10.79 for a latte!! absolutely ridiculous. If you do shop here please WATCH OUT FOR THE MANAGER!!!!!!

Terrible experience there. I kindly asked for an Dunkin' offer through the app and one of their staff states that they don't know how it works! I specifically told I needed to purchase an item to receive a free medium cold brew drink as instructed from the in-app offer. Then the employee gets confused an attempts to charge me the full amount and still couldn't comprehend how the offer works! So I simply had to correct her and verify that the employee has the ability to perform her duties. I have been a frequent customer to this place for many years and it has gone down the drain without properly training their staff with up to date standards regarding technology. Please retrain their staff, it is unacceptable to have an employee up front to mishandle transactions.

Coffee and sandwiches are good. Need more muffin choices. At lunch time there was like one blueberry and 2 corn muffins. Really miss Cranberry Orange and Bran Raisin muffins! More muffin choices please.

If you want to find one of Americas most depressing Dunkin then look no further than the one in the Woodbridge mall. This Dunkin is a hollow shell of what it used to be back when it first opened. As my experience goes with this establishment, I ordered my ice coffee with carmel, cream and liquid sugar. Just my standard order when I go to a Dunkin. Nevertheless, I got my ice coffee and my mouth was greeted by a whooping mouth full of granulated sugar. I don't care much to complain or what not so I just kept drinking the ice coffee , but as I was walking alway I realized the truth. This place was a hot mess and I was foolish enough to think I could get a decent ice coffee on a 92 degree day from this place. Anyway whoever owns this dunkin better step their game up unless they want to be turned into a ghost of a dunk.
