Got called the B word by some unhappy soul who has to work the drive thru morning shift at this location. I asked for extra napkins 3 times and got denied 3 times until I had to get more stern with the lady and demand napkins. Sounds like a joke😂

Ordered a sweet pepper bacon sandwich, got it back charcoal black. Took a bite and immediately spit it out since there was paper inside of it, which I assume is the wrapper from the cheese slice. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the coffee was made correctly.

Worst customer service. Around 7 on Wednesday there was a guy supposed to serve customer talking personal stuff and when I approached him then he showed up with attitude and worst customer service I could remember him
I asked for a frap and they got me someone else’s premade very disappointed I need my money back also the hash brown were cold and didn’t gave any ketchup even tho I asked it I called them 3 times but no one even picked up my call, this has happened for the 4th time. This is the worst dunkin location ever I’m never coming back here

Good Wraps, But Disappointing Latte
I ordered the Dunkin’ wraps, and they were very good—fresh and flavorful. However, the latte was a letdown. They added cold milk, which really took away from the experience. Overall, the food was solid, but the drink could have been much better. A mixed experience for sure.
