I asked for a frap and they got me someone else’s premade very disappointed I need my money back also the hash brown were cold and didn’t gave any ketchup even tho I asked it I called them 3 times but no one even picked up my call, this has happened for the 4th time. Good Wraps, But Disappointing Latte
I ordered the Dunkin’ wraps, and they were very good—fresh and flavorful. However, the latte was a letdown. They added cold milk, which really took away from the experience. Overall, the food was solid, but the drink could have been much better. A mixed experience for sure.

I asked for a iced coffee with no ice because I didn't want it too cold. They lady told me THEY CHARGE FOR NO ICE.Wow.How can you charge for NOT giving ice? What does the owner save, maybe 2 cents for giving more water brewed coffee in place of the ice? I got a message for the owner: you are SUPER CHEAP and it's PATHETIC.Edit: I read some of the other reviews and the CHEAP AND PATHETICNESS of the owner is unfortunately a shared experience with other customers. One lady was charged for hot water to warm her baby's milk, another customer spent $100 in the store and was still charged over $2 when they asked for an empty cup. One more customer said they put ONE egg in their sourdough bread sandwich instead of the TWO eggs that every other locations put inside. Wow just wow. How pathetic and cheap is the owner? Is he Mr. Crabs from SpongeBob Square pants?Edit #2: I called a few other dunkin donuts in the area and ALL of them said they don't charge extra for no ice. And ALL of them said they put 2 EGGS in the sourdough sandwich and not ONE egg like this place does. The owner is RIPPING OFF his customers!!

I think I may have found the worst dunkin. We ordered 2 churros donuts and they were that stale and hard they could be considered a weapon when I ask for fresh the said they had none and would I like another donut when asked how fresh were they the staff didn’t know, so I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one because there was no manager to issue it, also check your drinks before you leave my macchiato was cold and my daughters caramel ice latte was an ice coffe with whipped cream.

I was going home and suddenly my 3 months old baby girl woke up on our way back from the hospital.I stopped at this Dunkin and with the milk bottle in my hand I asked for a cup of hot water to warm up the milk.They charged me $1 plus taxes. I don’t care about the dollar but have good sense and empathy. Rude as well like she was doing me a favor. I will never ever again step in a Dunkin in my life. I had the same problem in many other places like McDonald, Starbucks, wendy’s and they went out of their way to help me. Shane same shane , no heart at all

I said i want lemonade in my drink and they rudely yelled at me that they don’t have it anymore!! and then i asked for a strawberry donut with sprinkles and they gave me no sprinkles!!!!! and i asked for a frozen hot chocolate WITH whipped cream. AND GUESS WHAT??? NO WHIPPED CREAM -1000/10

Order # 8249, i ordered 2 drinks and 2 bagels with cream cheese and jelly via the drive thru and it already started on a bad note, first the drive thru teller had an attitude, second, they messed up on one of the drinks, i asked if they can please remake it, they did with an attitude. A lady brings out the food, & as I’m on the road i bit into my bagel and a i pulled 4” gray hair out of my mouth. Very disgusting. Please be careful.
