Literally one of the WORST dunkin’ donuts. I would not go here. They do not like black people. They skipped over me to make other people food. When I told them I been waiting for 15 mins. They told me to wait and was very rude. Then starts to talk to each other in their language. They didn’t even make my food just laughed and proceeded to make other people food. I didn’t get my food , I ended up leaving because i felt so disrespected. It’s three women that are rude.

Great stop with clean inside and friendly staff. The service is quick and has your full Dunkin Donuts menu. The location is also nice with plenty of parking and a pleasant park next to it.

Everytime I order from Uber or Doordarsh, more than half my order is ALWAYS MISSING I dispute through them but I get credit back & spend so much & never get what I order. The # to contact them & find out if the dasher or person picked up the whole order doesn't even work so I can't find out where the mistake is! Just spent 65 for an order where half of it is gone & that's money wasted??ETA: Half the order always missing the other part always incorrect!

The employees drive the score way down! First of all, they are SLOW!!! They don't move w any urgency, and that's after you have to wait for someone bc they are all in the back on their cell phones. Then, when one yells for someone to come, actually work and get off the phone, they are pissed. They literally are mad you're there bc they want to play on their phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE, & LAZY

UTTERLY HORRIBLE, RUDE, & INCOMPETENT!! I ordered off the app and was using a one time discount for one of my drinks. It was 3 drinks and a donut, nothing crazy. I walk in to one girl sitting on the counter swinging her legs like shes relaxing at a park while, the other one is talking on her cell phone. They inform me they don’t have coconut milk, okay fine…I’m in a hurry my kids don’t like it any other way so please refund my money. She informs me, they won’t do that, I need to CANCEL the mobile app order (which is not even Possible, it says it right in the app to talk to the manager of the store). So, I told them that and asked for the manager which they then inform me that, “I can speak to the manager TOMORROW to get my money back because it’s the manager’s DAY OFF!?!? I asked them to contact her, they REFUSED!

Flat out rude. I order the same coffee the same way in all locations of Dunkin but for some reason this is location have an issue with making it the way I like. This is my second time to this location being as thou I'm new to the area. But I'll rather travel alil further to get my coffee as I like and to not be treated rudely. I think when a customer has more than one drink, it should be asked if you would like a cup holder. And you shouldn't slam ppl things down because they ask for a cup holder and practically tossed it across the counter. I asked her to make my coffee as I have ordered it with extra Carmel I paid for. She took it, faked it and returned it. Won't be returning.

I really want this location to be better. It's super convenient for my morning routine but the coffee consistently tastes like water, and any flavor is barely, or not at all detectable depending on the day. We've even tried the dark roast in search of some coffee taste and it still tastes like hot water. The people working are kind and speedy, but the product is just not what you'd expect from a Dunkin'.
