They messed up the order and gave us bacon egg & cheese, instead of egg & cheese sandwich. When we tried to call them to let them know and correct our order, no one picked up the phone. We tried calling several times. Poor service, irresponsible management. I would give them a zero star if I could.

The food at this Dunkin was quite enjoyable, offering a satisfying range of flavors. However, the service left much to be desired; there were only three staff members on duty, and one of them was taking a phone call, which slowed down the overall service pace.
Additionally, the atmosphere was not very inviting. The parking situation was challenging, as there was limited availability outside, making it difficult to find a spot. Inside, the dining area was cramped, with very few tables and chairs to accommodate guests comfortably. To top it off, the cracked tiles added to the sense of neglect and detracted from the overall dining experience.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst it is privately owned and they never have a variety of donuts or munchkins and the service is SLOW even if you order on the app you get there and there is 4 employees staring at you but none of them are moving to get the coffee ready.
I’d say only stop here if you need a desperate cup of coffee stop here, otherwise go down a few blocks to the next Dunkin.
