Besides the 2 older women that work there , the rest of the staff is in there phones constantly and have to be snapped out of being zoned out into there phones. Then give attitude like you didn’t place an online order 10 minutes prior to walking in on top of standing there in front of him for 3 minutes while he watches YouTube videos. Awful service would rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else than deal with them

They messed up the order and gave us bacon egg & cheese, instead of egg & cheese sandwich. When we tried to call them to let them know and correct our order, no one picked up the phone. We tried calling several times. Poor service, irresponsible management. I would give them a zero star if I could.

The food at this Dunkin was quite enjoyable, offering a satisfying range of flavors. However, the service left much to be desired; there were only three staff members on duty, and one of them was taking a phone call, which slowed down the overall service pace.
Additionally, the atmosphere was not very inviting. The parking situation was challenging, as there was limited availability outside, making it difficult to find a spot. Inside, the dining area was cramped, with very few tables and chairs to accommodate guests comfortably. To top it off, the cracked tiles added to the sense of neglect and detracted from the overall dining experience.

The frozen coffee was amazing 😍🤩 but I thought it was super bazaar that there weren't ANY garbage cans outside to throw away ur cups or containers?! 🤔 At least one would be great. Other than that, excellent service (very courteous staff that paid attention to the little details regarding my order... Not many places actually do that which is a shame 😕 but this location and the staff DID! ☕☕☕
