Watery, stale old coffee. Do not recommend. And on top of that, extremely slowwwww service. Not worth it. Go to the dunkin on rt 1 and green st instead.

The service is really good and quick the atmosphere is pretty good. But they used to not have all kinds of donuts, even though they improved in recent times, there are some instances they won’t have the stock. But on the other menu items, there was no problem.

I come here a lot and they always make my coffee exactly the way I order it. I’ve been to other locations and there is no consistency. The staff here is very nice and they make sure they let you know if they run out of an item you ordered. This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, and has been for a the past few years I’ve been coming. I won’t go to any other location.

Was told 3 times to ‘wait one second’ and was not attended to for about 15 minutes. Very slow service, had all employees responding to the nearly empty drive-through.

They don't give fresh avocados when you take their avacado toast. Won't recommend Dunkin at all.
It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes the coffee is good but most of the time it's super crappy. They never have donuts in stock which is strange since it's also a donut shop . It never fails I can go there at 11am, 2pm or even 8pm and they usually only have one donut flavor avaliable. Poor inventory controls.

I visited the Baskin-Robbins at green st Islin ] on [9aug2024] at around [0915]. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with one of the staff members. The agent was extremely disrespectful, and I felt that I was being treated poorly . This is not the level of service I expect from a reputable brand like Baskin-Robbins. I hope the company will address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.

I ordered ice latte with less ice. Got with more ice. When I told the lady ( in blue Tshirt) she instead of addressing and replacing the coffee said no and started arguing making faces. Her voice and tone was so disrespectful and unprofessional. Very disappointing. Dunkin is my go to place but the experience at this location was WORST.
