Should shut down. Extremely disappointing experience. The wait time was unreasonably long — nearly 15 minutes just for a simple $6 breakfast meal that should have been served quickly. The staff appeared careless, unprofessional, and discourteous. Unfortunately, this was not the first time; on my second visit, the service was even worse.
While the location has been renovated, management clearly needs to focus on staff training, efficiency, and customer service. It feels as though customers’ time is not valued at all. I do not recommend this Dunkin’ location. Very poor service.

Worst experience ever. First time coming to this Dunkin. The girl at the register was very rude and on her phone scrolling on social media while taking orders from customers as my self and my husband order she was making faces and kept scrolling on her phone and I had to ask her to give me a moment so I can see the menu to chose what I wanted she seemed very annoyed she was having to do her job mind you there was no one behind us at that moment . She was disrespectful towards another customer that she got the order wrong. He told her if she wasn’t on her phone and put more attention to the customers she wouldn’t get it wrong. She got very angry and started to tell him “he don’t tell her what to do” yelling at him while saying this. He didn’t yell at her until she started to scream at him in front of everyone and couldn’t own up to her mistake. He got upset and then threw something across to the side like rejecting the order or something. She started to scream at him very loudly even more. He only wanted for her to her to stop screaming at him. She proceeded to call the cops which worked against her because when she explained what happened she was in the wrong she also took the money for the order and couldn’t even give him a refund. Which is messed up to have someone at the register who cannot process this type of transaction. Her customer service skills are very poor. She needs to learn not to be rude and give better service not be one her phone while customers are present. The perception it gives is horrible. Poor customer service all the way through. Never will I come back to this Dunkin.

Disgusting place that needs to be shutdown, racist staff that dont speak english and talk about you in their language. They gave me everything bagel bites (ordered plain) that literally smelled like rotting garbage. I am not an expert at predicting bagel bite ages but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell that these were at least a week old. I also ordered a blueberry muffin that was served to me black (also smelled like garbage) and hard as a rock. The workers dont speak a word of english and are incredibly blatantly racist, “people like you give fake bills all the time” their exact words. This location needs to be sold, visited by immigration enforcement, get a health and safety inspection or all three. I will be informing the appropriate authorities and hope to see a quick shutdown to this God forsaken establishment.

Worst Dunkin ever. My donut was stale and hard also has a piece of paper imbedded in the donut. Coffee was stale and bitter and had something floating in it. Bagel was dry untoasted no butter. I will never 👎🏿 go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.

One of the best DD I've ever been. The staff here are so nice, specially the guy behind the counter, don't know his name, but he's really kind. I've ever had my food as I wanted and my drinks always taste fantastic 😍.
Visited on 12/5/24 and saw the employee preparing the food sneeze without covering their mouth over the food they were preparing.

Honestly the worst Dunkin in the area. They tell you they charge you for the sprinkles and the drizzle when it’s suppose to come with the special drink lol… the foods either cold/ not cooked fully… walking in there when it’s slow, the women sit on their phone and will make you stand there before getting up and moving like a bunch of sloths. I don’t know what happened to the previous employees but the workers there are horrible and the food/ drinks are even worse
