I always have a great experience at this Dunkin'! Umangi is simply the best — always friendly, professional, and makes the perfect coffee every time. Priyanka is also very helpful and kind. The service here is fast, efficient, and always with a smile. Truly the best Dunkin' team!

I went in at 4pm today to get coffee the counter that has the sugar etc was COVERED with ants it was horrible this is not the first time this has happened at this particular store. I will not go here again

I had a highly frustrating experience at Dunkin' Donuts. Despite there being no one ahead of me or in the store, it took an inexplicably long 7 minutes to get my order. The staff in the back were loudly engaged in their own conversation, making the wait even more irritating. After finally receiving my wrap and heading to my vehicle, I returned to use the restroom, only to find it barricaded off. When I inquired about it, the employee told me it was broken, but then said someone was in there and I had to wait. This contradictory response was both confusing and infuriating. As a customer who had traveled over an hour, I simply wanted to use the restroom, and the refusal left me completely fed up. It's frustrating when businesses lock their restrooms, especially when you've spent your hard-earned money there.
02/21/2025 . These people are still idiots. I did a mobile order and I walked in and my Boston cream was in the same bag as my hot sandwich. Long story short my donut was a mess because of these people. The store needs to be removed from the owners

They had very few donut options available. There was a crowd of young men behind the counter talking loudly and cursing like it was a boys club. Otherwise, the counter person was friendly. I just wish they had more donut options.
Grand reopening not off to a great start. Staff was bad with communication and prices are too high.

Went to this place in the morning and the women spoke in gujarati saying “What am I still doing here”. I was just checking my phone and she said that thinking I wouldn’t understand. They should be little considerate of what they say.

My 17yr old son was looking for a job. So he figured he should try and ask for an application since they had a big sign saying they were hiring. once you drive in there’s a sign and a sign on the widow as well. But soon as he walks in and ask. They took one look at him and say where not hiring. But they have a sign advertising that they're hiring. I felt like they had profiled my son as soon as he had walked through the door. Once I came back to the car he seen sad. So I walked inside myself but soon as I walked in. They were laughing saying. Yeah he didn't fit the profile. They Didn't think that I was his father. I'm so disgusted. They are racist. I'm a white male and my child is mix. He's a white male, mixed with Portuguese. His mother is Portuguese. If they treated me like that. I wonder how they treat people of color. Just nasty people. I don't recommend it at all.
