Pros - convenient location. Pleasant staff. Cons - I've never found a clean table here, whether or not it's busy. There are only 3 tables. The shift manager should be watching this and reminding staff to take 3 minutes and wipe the tables and chairs every 30 minutes. Also, lots of talking noise behind the counter. Practically yelling at each other. Last, many times breakfast sandwich has unmelted cheese on it and hash browns are cold. Hot food and melted cheese should be a standard, not skipped because it's busy. How about an option on the app to specify, 'extra hot'.

My everything mini bagel was burned and on top of that the drinks I brought was filled with ice literally finished it in seconds.

Dunkin donuts is now just called Dunkin. I remember this place back in the late 1980s. There used to be long swervy counters. People could sit there and have coffee n freshly (made in the back) donuts. Large variety of flavors. My Father used to walk here with my son who was little then. They would sit at the counter, order my son a carton of milk n a donut. My Dad a coffee n donut. Creating memories. Talking with other local friends at times. All the charm is long stripped away. Now that same space seems compacted into a hurry up order n go. Choose from a very small case of donuts (smaller donuts) that you how no clue as to when or where they came from. Just sad to see in comparison. Very expensive now. Not a welcoming energy.
