I rather Starbucks but boyfriend loves Dunkin i get him coffee here in the mornings staff is nice in the mornings compared to Starbucks overall can’t complain never messed up an order I’m shocked with all the bad reviews I see. It’s a fast food place get over it and cook food from home.

Typically I am not a person to complain, but I find it necessary to bring to light the bad service that I experienced at this location this afternoon . As the child of an immigrant family myself , I am not going to bash the employees lack of understanding of the English language, however, if you work directly with the public, it is imperative to understand the terminology of the items that the company that you work for is serving. Both of the employees that were working this afternoon had limited knowledge of the English language, and it was very frustrating to me to have to repeat my order no less than five times. Nonetheless, and despite having to repeat myself several times, the server still got my order wrong. It was very frustrating. And I had to request twice for the server to redo my order. Dunkin is a FAST FOOD restaurant where one wants to go in, put in and pay for the order, and quickly leave. If a customer has to continuously repeat themselves in order to place the order, it takes away time from the convenience factor of the establishment. I spent 25 minutes of my precious time waiting on someone else to get a simple order correct. To add insult to injury, it was not the first time that this happened. But, finally, lesson learned. I will not be returning to this location. I would rather travel a little farther for better service.

This is the worst Dunkin ever . Took me 20 minutes for my coffee and some Hash browns . I tried every so often to come Here cause it’s closer to me but it’s not even worth it . Rather keep driving an extra 20 minutes to another location than wait and still have my order wrong . The workers always seem so clueless and slow . For this to be a fast place I’ve seen busier locations with better service and better quality coffee !!!

I have been coming to this Dunkin for a while now and over the last few months it has been going down hill with quality and consistency of their products. Today I got a sandwich that had very discolored eggs that had a sour smell to them. I’m not sure how no one noticed this while making the sandwich but this is my last straw and will not be trusting this Dunkin anymore.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. There is absolutely no customer service—every visit feels like a hassle. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and never friendly. On top of that, they can’t seem to get orders right. Whether it’s missing items, wrong drinks, or just overall slow service, there’s always an issue. If you’re looking for a smooth and pleasant experience, I’d recommend going elsewhere because this location is consistently disappointing.
If you want to be completely ignored as if you're not there to buy something, well this is the place for you... No customer service to be found there. Do not bother stopping by, just keep driving to the next dunkin and save yourself the annoyance. But you don't have to take my word for it, just read the other reviews 🙂

This has to be the worst Dunkin to come to, they’ve gotten my business this long due to it being so close by but every time I come here it’s money wasted. The women working here haven’t made a single cup of coffee correctly. I don’t expect much but can we please just look at the tags before making the coffee? When a coffee says French vanilla I don’t know….maybe we could actually add in the Vanilla. When it says cream and NO sugar please don’t add 10 SUGAR. You know….simple things. Maybe say “hello” when people walk in instead of staring at them saying nothing

I drink that I get down in Forked River costs almost $2.50 more at this location. And when you ask for caramel they only give you one pump. I think it's important when you're supporting businesses to realize the greedy ones and this is definitely owned by a greedy person.

This place always takes forever & always seems to somehow forget about my coffee until they realize I’ve been standing there waiting and everyone who was behind me already got their coffee’s and left. Ordered a signature pumpkin spice latte and the lady didn’t put any whip cream or topping on it so I asked if she could and she looked at me like I was asking her for something crazy. This DD sucks !
