First of all me and my husband have been going to this location for 3yrs and they have been issues here and there , but this last one was the last straw. We went in November 1st 2023 , excited about the new rewards . When we get to the register to start ordering our food the manager tries to force us to donate to sick children .My husband was not understanding what she was saying originally, so he said no thank you . The manger look at us with a very mean look and starting talking in her language to her employee in a mean tone. My husband felt pressured and donated anyway. Mind you, we've known this lady for 3 years which goes to show that we the customers are only worth what we spent. There were suppose to be a Free Donut Wednesday promotion going on and she made us pay for them and said NOT TODAY. When we asked one of the employees about it she said that it was suppose to be free. We will have to go to the Carteret or Woodbridge DD but will not be returning to this location.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the last two times coming I’ve had such awful experiences. The people working don’t know what they are doing. They mix up orders. Take over 15 minutes to make one coffee. Cant even use the register properly. Because of these two times they have lost my buisness.

Literally they NEVER make your order right if you do DoorDash, Uber or Mobile pick up. Ridiculous. The only way to get it right from here is if you watch them like children to make sure they do their job right and follow the orders.There is NO cold foam and they CHARGED me for it.Go to Carteret . At least they get their order right.

While the service is fast I am concerned when I saw flies buzzing and actually sitting on Donuts. I brought this to the lady’s attention and all she did was try to “shoo” them away.Compared to the new Dunkin stores this store looks run down and could do with a makeover.

Corporate needs to be involved in this location. This location will no longer get my business for multiple reasons. I’ll start off with the incident today so mind you I always order through the app just to make sure orders are clear and concise but unfortunately, 9 times out of 10 orders are always wrong. And me being d**** Obviously I stand around and wait for the order to be remade even though I’m getting nasty comments and rude employees. Today I ordered my iced coffee as I do just about every day and again, even though I pay for extras for my drink and it’s ordered through the app I always get old coffee today My coffee was soured nor did I get anything in it that I ordered. There wasn’t even ice it’s undrinkable and disgusting so again I waste my time ,money and points. I want corporate to contact me about this location because I’m sick of this. This happens far too often and it’s not just for me its other people to. Not even a week ago. give me someone else’s coffee just with my sticker on it and I know what my coffee looks like and this one was almost white and I said that’s not mine and they insisted it was I tasted us. It was butter pecan, even though my stickers on it says a completely different flavor. So they became spiteful and made me wait 30 minutes for my drink to be remade mind you know I was running late for work but the list continues like I said before corporate needs to get involved in this location. They are tarnishing the Dunkin’ Donuts brand and I want my account compensated for all the issues that I have on a daily basis with this location.

I don’t like it when the bags of coffee say original and I remember back when Mr. I have to make the donuts was alive. His coffee was not Arabic. Todays coffees doesn’t really have any flavor or aroma just a name left over smh
It's not like dining at a popular diner or restaurant. They're mostly take-out and much of the food seems "pre-fab". But...The coffee is always good and fresh!☕✌️?? ?????Parking: The store shares its location with other stores in a small strip-mall. There's not many parking spots...Especially, during busy times. There are, however, a few handicap spots and always at least one open.
Advertise a special, medium or large coffee, get one donut for .99 cents, americano coffee does not apply I was told, maybe you should advertise correctly, dunkin just lost a customer and more to follow suit

This place gets my order correct about 20% of the time even though I always try to keep it simple. I use the app and order ahead. 1 beverage and 1 food item. They give me the beverage and the food item is always missing. Half the time they are out of food items and then offer you a cheaper substitute, and give you an attitude to boot. This morning I got a small coffee and it literally tasted like hot water with cream and sugar. I'm done with this place for good. The absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to by far.
