Worst staff and very bad service. Especially on entrance security staff treats you are like a criminal. So many times I have observed cops comes and arrest people being bad behavior. You can’t feels secure and peaceful. I suggest “ seeing is believing “ have yourself experience this place.

The servers don't care to serve you. They're too busy partying themselves, drinking, smoking, and chatting. The hookah has also gone down in quality. We had to change our hookah 3 times within 30 mins and then we just walked out.
Always a good time and great hookah.. Tables are spaced out properly and the place is huge so it's aerated enough for all to enjoy. Also love the drinks, food and music!

Servers weren’t attentive to customers. My boyfriend and i had to get up to find them when we wanted to order. Lots of flies in the building so they landed on our food. The music stopped on many occasions. I would not recommend this place. They definitely need more professional people working here and to work on there cleanliness

NOT RECOMMENDEDFirst of all it is supposed to be Hookah (Shisha) lounge, however they have cover charges just like clubs.Secondly no customer service, overly priced and extremely loud music kinda annoying.Third not a safe place if you by yourself.
