Absolutely horrible ordered online and had delivered they didn’t make it give us the milkshakes we paid 18 dollars for on top of a meal being half missing that wasn’t a concern used to that but the fact that I got no milkshakes in a 90 dollar order . Called the manager and they were quick to refund the money but only for one milkshake saying that they do it separately which I know is a lie because that’s not how it works I just notified one milkshake was refunded and the next day they cancelled the one milkshake refund they gave lmao so not only didn’t they refund me all of them that I didn’t get but they then refunded the refund they gave that is theft so I went ahead and filed with my bank for fraud and also filed a report with the states attorney general for theft and also sending out a letter of lien for the money to the restaurant franchise owner ! It’s not even the money it’s the principal of the fact !!!!!

Nice. Well based on the reviews we took a chance and this place was friendly and food came out quick even though busy. Presentation and taste was really good and service was good. Defiantly a good place to stop in for breakfast.

IHOP is truly an amazing place to indulge in pancakes! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly smiles. The variety of pancakes they offer is impressive—whether you’re in the mood for classic buttermilk or something more adventurous, there’s something for everyone.
We decided to order a combo meal, and it did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, perfectly complemented by the rich, flavorful maple syrup, which is definitely the best I’ve ever had. It’s a game changer that takes the experience to a whole new level!
The service was excellent as well; our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing a great dining experience.
We live close by, so we took a nice walk to the restaurant, which added to the experience. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to enjoy some fantastic pancakes, I highly recommend visiting IHOP at least once. You won’t regret it!

It's a pancake house, but it's consistent and the staff is always polite and helpful The foods better than Perkins which was there before IHOP. I'm a regular.

We had a young teenager we used to mentor in their youth who now works here. Their coworker was absolutely clueless who they were as a coworker but gave us a good laugh. For the place to have a few hours left, there was only one older couple dining. After they left, there were no customers. That is concerning because of the light concern of product turnovers. The place is gorgeous. Our only concern is if IHOP is.

Extremely disappointed in my meal. The whole meal is inedible. The hash browns taste stale not crispy. The eggs as you can see are completely butchered and overcooked.
