WHEN I SAY.. do not dine here i mean it. and the crazy thing is we read the reviews and STILL gave them the benefit of the doubt. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. anyways me and my siblings dined here and we don’t go out often. the waitress was just ghetto and unprofessional. this was an more elder lady she wore red lipstick, purple hair, and caucasian.she sat us and we ordered. my brother and i got shakes and it was so liquidated with just chunks of ice cream at the bottom. the silverware was DIRTY and smudged, the tenders were meatless and dry. i can say that their waffles looked pretty good. when she brung the food her nails were just filthy it was truly disgusting.. why are underneath your nails BLACK while handling FOOD ? then the eggs looked spongy.. everything just threw me off when i told her about the shakes she said we still have to pay for them. WHICH we didn’t because WHO??? we didn’t even eat there we payed for the drinks we actually DRANK and the pancakes that were eaten ( only because we had been starving all day and they were somewhat edible and decent ) then tell me why she complained about us taking stuff off the receipt then takes the waffles that we didn’t eat home. just a complete turn off. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS IHOP AT ALL.

The first time I went here I was disappointed in the food and the service The waitress did not seem to know what she was doing.But I made the mistake of giving the place a second chance Very sorry I did. The pancakes were cold and served with a pat of butter. The bacon which was ordered well done was undercooked. The waitress was uninterested and performed her job poorly. They will not be given a third chance. I will never enter this place again and advise others to pay attention to all the terrible reviews and avoid this place.

Worst customer experience ever long story short i went for a simple pick up order the other day and the guy working there just had a attitude for no reason. The first thing was i was standing there and no one greeted me or asked me anything until I had to tell them I had a pick up order. The next big thing was the fact that after my order was out and placed on the counter the guy didn't even hand it to me. I told him that, that was my order and he goes yeah you can just take it. First of all it was on the side counter and the 3 other people that came in they handed it to them and know I'm practically going to the side behind the counter. I don't know if this was just some straight racism or just laziness. Btw there was like 5 employees standing there none of them greeted me or said anything. Absolute worst customer service i had in a very long time.

We didn't get to order. It was colder inside then outside. If I'm going to order food I would like the chance to eat it before it refreezes. It was under 50 degrees inside.

Disappointing do not order for picking up it’s a totally disaster. I ordered for picking up the crepe combo and the happy face combo ,my daughter was so excited for her food when I got home the crepe combo did not come with any syrup no berries ( which I ordered that one) the same my daughter , no whipped cream on the side ,no cherries ,no the chócale chips from the happy face smile nothing everything plain. My daughter has been feeling sick that the only thing that she was craving for was that but it was totally mess.
Extremely unimpressed. Perkins was 100% better.2nd time I've been there and the crepes tasted like they were leftover and barely warmed up. First time I went they were actually cold. Almost had a rubbery feel to them. Sausage was just short of cold this time. I wouldn't recommend this IHOP to anyone.

During my recent visit to IHOP, I found the overall experience lacking in several areas. Let me break it down:Service: Unfortunately, the service lacked luster. I never received a menu, but luckily, I knew what I wanted. The other wait staff seemed disengaged, almost as if they were on break. You can hear music blasting from the kitchen ??.Food: On the bright side, the food was correct and tasted good. However, my initial set of silverware was disappointingly dirty. ?Waitress: my waitress was friendly, but it seemed like she had to make milkshake and coffee, which might have slowed her down in attending to customers. Despite her best efforts, the overall experience left me contemplating whether I’d visit this IHOP again in the evening.

2nd time in a week the QR code to pay is NOT my order. It's always a more expensive order. Called the 1st time manager said I must have been given the wrong check. Top of receipt says exactly what I bought and the right price. If I used pay and go , not paying attention bill is 15 dollars more. Beware.
