Drove over an hour to check out this Brewery because the pics online looked amazing, very disappointed. Not your typical Brewery. More of a bar scene in my opinion. Really good looking place though. Very limited on the Brews available. Food was bad, boneless wings were cold and lacked BBQ sauce, mac & cheese was very wet. Waiter only came to our table once for a drink check. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

I purchased a NY Rangers 1994 autographed jersey and a Juan Soto baseball and it was an amazing price and delivered on time. I have had several conversations with staff regarding the purchase they were very helpfull. I could not visit and pick up my items because my wife was sick they were very understanding. I plan on visiting soon

They scam people out of their money with their bogus signing events. Stop stealing and give these customers refunds!

Overpacked, understaffed, terrible attitude from management and front staff. Had a reservation and they wouldn’t acknowledge it as they had booked some washed up sports player for a meet and greet. Consider going to one of the other breweries in the area

I finally have time to write a review but I can't even review the food because we didn't even get our table.
Tuesday 11/19 I made a reservation for my boyfriends birthday which was that saturday, 11/23, since he loves beers and it was a perfect middle man for us, and his friends and family who live in North Jersey to meet.
I confirmed the reservation for 5:30pm Saturday morning and everything seemed great.
No one felt inclined to inform us that they were having some meet and greet with a Mets baseball player and the entire place would be a mad house, a line out the building that we had to wait in for 15 minutes before even talking to the hostess. No big deal right?
When we get up there we find out they have no table ready for us, have no idea how long it's gonna take for our RESERVED table, and said it going to be more than an hour.
Over an hour? For a reservation I made days ago? Even so, if they would be at least warned us ahead of time of the event, we wouldve compromised on an earlier time or just not wasted our time at all.
Extremely unprofessional, and not a single apology. Just like a "sucks to suck" reply by their cold, dead faced hostess, who probably already hates her life enough working there so I wasn't going to make the situation worse by fighting with the useless manager.
We were already tired, hungry, cold, and had people coming from over an hour away, that I now needed to find a new location for. Their service and hospitality was awful and it reflects with their employees.

I hope your exposure with your "mets player" helps compensate for you 4.1 star(and dropping) rating on Google. Don't bother with this place, maybe go to Wet Ticket down the road and order a pizza instead.

BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS FOR SIGNINGS

I bought 2 tickets to a signing and they refuse to give me my money back.

Due to unforeseen circumstances a sports signing that was scheduled in July was cancelled last minute. The brewery reached out the morning of saying the event was cancelled and a new date will be announced. I didn’t hear from anyone for a month. I was texted from a random phone number with a picture of the new date and time asking if I could meet the athlete on 9/28/24. This text was sent on 9/25/24, giving me 3 days notice. At this point I just wanted a refund. I was given a phone number to call for tickets, and the woman who answered said they’re not refunding people. Their plan was once they set up another date and sell my ticket, then they’ll refund me. I told her the people who I was going with were refunded and she told me no and that they really didn’t refund anyone. They were refunded and I can prove that, but she insisted no one was.

The first time this event was cancelled, everyone immediately should have been refunded. Once they figured out a new date, then they should have put tickets back up for sale. So now my money is being held until the athlete and the brewery can find a new date to have the signing. So, attend at your own risk because if something unexpected happens, you won’t get your money back and this place will pretty much steal your money.

Worst service I have ever received. Went to eat here with a party of 5. We were seated in a table in the back by a friendly hostess. The waitress came took our drink order, returned quickly for a food order and then refused to look in our direction again. This was around 1:30 pm on a Saturday, the restaurant was not crowded. Runners served the food which was very good. No one received a refill of drinks, the waitress never checked if we needed anything. Finally after 40 mins I went to the bar to get another drink. Waitress finally showed up to collect the bill. Just shamefull, I would never return here.

Woodbridge is hands down the best place in New Jersey to go for signings. Not only are the signings organized but it doesn't effect the quality of the food or service. We had Alex as our server today, she was FANTASTIC. I am a server myself and I know how hard it is to deal with crowds like that and keep everyone happy. She was friendly always had a smile on and kept coming back to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Even if you don't go for the events, go for the food and the staff. Of I could go more than 5 stars I 100% would
