If I could give a non starts I would. The management there is horrible. I had the most horrible experience in this restaurant located at Iseline route 1. I ordered a family meal with 1/2 gallon of lemonade and 1/2 gallon ice tea. And 2 kids meal 5 pc chicken nuggets . I waited 30 minutes to get my food. When I received my order I requested plastic cup because I planned to eat at the restaurant with my parents and 2 daughters the cashier said we don’t give cups , if you want it is for sale. I said okay I’ll pay for it. He wanted me to pay 15 dollars for the cups. That’s crazy I said. The kiosk said the kids meal would come with milk and stickers which I didn’t receive . I said I’m missing the milks. He said we don’t sell milk . I said it’s in the menu. He refuse and say we don’t sell milk. I don’t know what you are talking about. I said I need to talk to the manager because he was giving me an attitude. He said I’m the manager. And ignored me asking the next customer their order. I’m very disappointed whats was supposed to be a pleasant experience in eating there was the most horrible. Even my daughters of 5 years said mom if the menu said it come with milk where is my milk?. They don’t know the menu. The management there is horrible. If he is the manager is affecting the rest of restaurants around with same franchise for his poor costumer service. No apologies, or a choice of substitutions for the milk. Nothing at all. He just acted like he didn’t care. You need to change management. I spent 80 dollar here. I feel like my money and business was not appreciated.

This is by this is by far the worst KFC that I have ever visited in my entire life I pulled up. There was a rude person. Tell me to go through and come inside because the drive-through was down. I came in because the drive-through was down to order. They then told me that I had to order off the kiosk instead of just ordering in person. I sat there and tried to order off the kiosk, and I had no help to do it. They were unprofessional. The food took forever to come out and then when the food came out, it was underprepared this place needs to be shut down.

The young lady that took my order. I don’t know if she’s a manager or a supervisor But all I can say is that she was very nice. She had braids in her hair with glasses and kind of light skin She was so kind, I appreciate going to places like this when people are kind and have respect Thank you so much and she even called me Mrs.Gloria Much respect ❤️

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! Service is horrible!!!! I waited over 20 mins for 3 small meals and ( I was the only person inside at the time of placing my order) when I asked for a manager his response was well if everyone is ordering the same thing there’s going to be a wait then when asked okay so what if I was in the drive through would I still have to wait 20 mins his response was yes… NEVER AGAIN I DONT WVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE OPEN.. don’t even waste your time just drive down some more and there are plenty of other places to eat at
Waited almost 40 min for a 8 peice then on top of that idk why but all the bones were broken inside the chicken literally ended up just throwing it away extremely unhappy with my experience at this location
