We bought chicken today and it tasted disgusting. It tasted like it was fried in oil that hadn't been changed for a day or more. The crust was burnt and dry, so you had to peel it off. Even the inside was saturated with a rancid taste. My family couldn't even finish one piece; this kind of food would probably give you food poisoning. I've always loved KFC and rarely write negative reviews, but today, specifically at your branch, the food quality was 0 stars. It's a shame I can't return this order, and if you continue this way, you'll lose your customers.😒🥺

I order via uber their 3pc chicken meal buy one get one for free + an additional biscuit and they only gave the driver one, without the extra biscuit. Terrible.

This experience took too long! We decided to go to KFC as we waited for AAA. The restaurant was disgusting. Tables and floors were dirty! Yet, we did order food. It took longer than expected. The only good thing was that the guy who delivered our food was extremely cordial.

Ripoff!!! Ordered 3 piece chicken dinner. Got back to my hotel - only 2 pieces chicken in the box. Very dried out & hard- nearly broke a tooth on the skin. Not going back.

Avoid this location at all costs. I ordered just an 8 piece nugg no side and it took them 30 minutes. I went through the drive thru mind you, & they told me they would bring it to my car if i parked. Had i not gone into the store it would have taken longer than 30 minutes. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I will definitely not ever be going back, not worth the trouble
