*Updated Review* Have been several times since this happened. Much better and no issues. Bagels and food are delicious and plentiful. I definitely recommend this place.
Good bagels, but unfortunately just waited bout 25 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. Claimed the bagel just came out the oven. Wish I would have known, I would have chosen a bagel that they had so I didn't have to stand there for 25 minutes.

The staff was very bubbly, polite, efficient, and attentive.
The food was okay. Typical order of a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The only issue is that the pepper was in only one spot such that one bite had all that packed pepper, and that's just sloppy prep by the cooks.
