This is an excellent bakery. Everything there looked great. We only got cannolis and linzer tarts. They were both very good. My only criticism is that the cannolis were prefilled. They should always be filled at the time of purchase to keep the shell crisp.

Very terrible customer service coming in in a super rush .. worker says we can't take nothing but cash the system is down and also there's no atm do we offered leaving something behind like a phone or liscence and bring the cash right back because im waiting for my sister in a rush because I have to be somewhere in the mean time no help no understanding nothing we even offered cash app zelle and venmo and more money for the transaction feee.. I was expecting more hospitality in a desert shop.. the order is only 22$ 7 layers cake so for 22$ you don't trust your returning clients and act the way you guys doing.. very very bad experience on the phone and my lil 17 year old sister sent her out to go atm which is 10 minutes away even tho its really a timing thing she was going to bring it to me take the money and go back mean while the store can hold the liscence or phone very disappointing

La Bon is one of the two vendors that works with our wedding venue. We contacted them to schedule a cake tasting. They told us we needed to provide at least two days notice. They let us try their chocolate, vanilla and red velvet sponges and a variety of standard and premium fillings. I thought the peanut butter filling was particularly delicious. I could eat it solo. Ultimately we decided to go with another vendor since we thought their wedding cake designs were quite simple and we wanted something more elegant/ artistic. However, the cake and fillings were quite good and I had a good customer service experience.

Every single person at the dinner party enjoyed the cake, commented on how fresh it was, moist, not too sweet just right and just delicious. The cake was so good that I will be ordering the same cake for my Thanksgiving dessert.

I ordered an apple cake to take to an event. The cake is ice cold. They should let you know that you have to wait for the cake to thaw out! Now I gotta go buy another cake that is ready to eat now. This is a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!! I gave 2 stars because I also ordered a carrot cupcake which was good. (It wasn’t fresh, but it wasn’t ice cold either)

Bakeries are getting simply ridiculous with their prices. I'm sorry do you have to have some kind of rare flour or some of the most special cookies in the world to charge $18.99 a pound? And I honestly do not care how long you spend baking them or claim the extra special quality care in production. What do you slave over a hot stove for 6 hours to make a batch of cookies? Are all of your ingredients imported from India or some other foreign country? Give me a break. Hell no. People are exploiting others and all of this price gouging is getting ridiculous. I am not going to spend $18.99 a pound on cookies. I'm sorry that your bakery is only for the super rich. What happened to the good mom and pop bakeries that literally had the most delicious cookies for I don't know maybe $6 a pound? Hell even $8 a pound would be a little more reasonable. Good luck staying in business. You instantly lost a customer just by your ridiculous price tags.

We used La Bon Bake Shoppes for our wedding at the Ryland Inn this past August. We had such a wonderful experience with everything from setting up our tasting to designing our cake and of course the quality of our cake. We worked with Breanna who was professional, efficient and always so quick to respond to my emails.We ordered our wedding cake AND grooms cake from La Bon. Both cakes were designed beautifully, tasted amazing and were incredibly fresh. If you are getting married at the Ryland (or anywhere else) we strongly encourage you to consider La Bon. We can not wait to use La Bon again for our future celebrations.
