Waitresses ignore calls, so don’t bother calling. it says closes at 8pm but you can not order pass 7pm since kitchen closes at 7, what the heck!!! They should correct the info that they close at 7 instead of 8pm. The waitresses are LAZY!!!

My husband ordered food here after a 12-hours long work shift. He picked up the food only to find out they have missed to include the Arroz Caldo which was supposed to be his only dinner food. He travelled one hour from this restaurant to our home. These people are so poor when it comes to customer service. I understand we can be very overwhelmed at work but I told the lady (Marivic), they have to help "one customer at a time". They have to check if all the orders are complete before they hand it over to their customer. We know the owner of this place and we just feel so bad about this business. This experience is unacceptable.
My husband was very disgusted with this experience and we have high hopes no one will experience this especially when you just a very long work day.

The food was ok, but this place is not for everyone, My kids don't eat much flavor, and they refuse to serve him anything plain, I ask for rice or noddles but they said no, we had to wait and ask many times for drink refills, I actually left without my
Ordered sisig and garlic rice. The sisig had carrots, string beans, and corn. My eyes rolled to the back of my head when it was served. I dont think I have ever seen sisig with any of those veggies anywhere in the USA and in the Philippines. The sisig also didn't come with an egg. It was $2 to add an egg to the dish which is suppose to be already in it. The texture of the sisig was there. I can feel the pig ears but the taste was lacking acidity and fat. Almost forgot that there was also bell pepper in it which was hilarious on a sisig dish.

Service was extremely slow. We were just 2 people. 15 min wait to order. 45 minutes to get food. 30 more min to get the check and take out containers. Got there at 12:45 and left at 2:25. Food was Ok. Other people around us had same experience and were warning other people coming in to eat about the wait times. The one and only waitress was ok but overwhelmed. One person handling dine-in and take out customers.

First time visit and as much as we enjoyed the food the service was extremely slow. My partner and I arrived before a large party of 20 and for whatever reason this party was served their apps and meals before us. Service was disappointing and we do not plan on returning.

The first time I tried this place was 3years ago. Used to take clients here to try authentic Filipino food. Today, had late lunch here with fam and food doesn’t taste good at all. Sizzling balut taste bland, nothing extra ordinary, chicharon bulaklak’s not crispy, sizzling squid is not properly cooked and the Kawali, bland & the meat smells. The Kare2 and fried calamari tasted okay. The service was so unsatisfactory. Food service was slow, all main dish should be served together and not one then after 15-20min. another dish. Not the service you expected.
