Bagels are pretty good for most part. Out of the last 4 times i have been there 2 times everything was prefect, 1 time it was trash, and 1 time bagel sandwich was good but they forgot the onion. My biggest complaint is that they are the only bagel shop in area that is opened at 530. Problem is they always open late. This is a problem because many of us don't have the time to waste waiting for people to open.

Worst service ever my friend had order food from them and I came to pick up and all they said is not ready when asked did even ask for a name or anything. So how can you know it’s not ready. Also made me wait 40 mins to recive the food

I went to order an everything bagel with cream cheese bacon & jelly(From TicTok) & got all the way home & they forgot the cream cheese….Big Disappointment….I called & the guy said He’ll take care of me tomorrow Like wtf said I was coming back. TicTok Failed

The store was crowded with people, and the strong smell of burnt oil was off-putting enough that I decided not to order any food. The cream cheese hills behind the fridge window appeared old and unappetizing. I ended up ordering a plain bagel, which seemed to surprise the staff. Unfortunately, the bagel was stale and tough, and they didn’t offer to warm it up. Even after eating just the plain bagel, I felt unwell.

Usually the food is great but this time I ordered food my whole pork roll sandwich ingredients were all separated not in a Kaiser roll like I said. All deconstructed. What the hell. It's ridiculous my pork is out and egg on a plate, and the roll separate.

Food was delicious but pricey, owner was mean and you could tell workers were in fear of him. You can pick him out right away. I used to go there often to get an everything bagel with ham and swiss. One time they prepared it differently than usual and fried the ham and melted the cheese. I told the owner and he got mad at me and tried to make me feel stupid. Never went back and never will and i tell everyone how awful the owner was. Remember me now? Being rude has a price you mean man, you will never get any more of my money and i probably spent hundreds there. Other reviews show similar pattern. Now i go to nearby Javis and get the same thing for half the price!
This is my first time experiencing the mix up. But usually when I call my order in, there's no problem. This morning I called my order in at 06:20 AM. I went to the bagel shop around 06:34 AM to pick up my order. For whatever reason my order was never made and they expected me to wait. I explain to them, "I can't wait " !!!! That is why I call my order in !!! To not wait and delay me from getting to my destination on time !!! Defeat the purpose !!! So I had to leave, disappointed, frustrated, and hungry !!! I will probably order here again, most likely. But, hopefully this won't happen again.

My son bought 2 breakfast sandwiches and 1 drink for $18.00. Each sandwich literally had 1 pc of thin sliced taylor ham, 1 egg, 1 pc of cheese. Each time we give this place another try, I'm reminded why we usually don't eat there.

Great bagel spot with plenty of parking. Fast and courteous service. Food is fresh. I only gave it 4 stars because the bagels are small and the portions also. I ordered lox and it was very little on the bagel. Recommendation: make bigger bagels and increase portions.
