Upon first moving back to Colonia, Luna's was the first pizza venture due to convenience. That was almost 13 years ago pre pandemic. I have seen many negative reviews, some I sadly must agree with. But for the neighborhood family I look after barely 1.1 miles away from Luna, along with my fam and myself, we still love their pies. The best being plain cheese, second and third pepperoni followed by onion and pepper. (Appears they have changed who they receive their produce from as the quality is no longer as fresh with a stale taste, even if asking for the veg to be sautéed prior.But! For a local joint that has been around for many years and "usually" consistent. We love their pizza and sauce, especially. If you are looking for a dish such as a scampi, francese, or anything involving seafood, a fresh salad or decently grilled burger. - look elsewhere. And good grief avoid the gyro! A diner or a few local small Greek joints are far more recommended.Happy dining!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We called on TUESDAY for half a tray of calamari for a party on SATURDAY. We just called 10 minutes prior to the pickup time to make sure it was done and they told us they forgot about our order and didn’t even start it yet and blamed it on “them being busy” that’s why we called 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

NEVER order from here . I ordered via “slice” delivery app … we have ordered previously and had reasonable experience. Tonight I called the store to personally complain and hopefully get a response - terrible pizza delivered wrong , burnt , no cheese . I ordered a shrimp dish (cost over $20) and I received 4 pieces of shrimp.Called and spoke with the manager - he basically said he was “too busy “ to deal with my issue - so he blanket dismissed complaints .BE CAUTIOUS - I wasted a lot of money tonight …

My family and I have been ordering out from Luna Pizza for over a decade. Their pizza in general isn’t too bad however, if you order a single slice, expect the worst! I ended up ordering a rice ball and a single slice of pizza with two toppings. The single slice cost me $4! and it was the worst piece of pizza I’ve had in my life.The sausage was rubbery and tasted like garbage and the ham was also rubbery and very cheap tasting. The pizza was cold and burnt and I only took about three bites because it was disgusting.It’s obvious they took one of the single slices which was already cooked, likely sprinkling on a few toppings that were probably precooked frozen meats and then reheated up and burned.This is my last time ordering from Luna Pizza ever again! Over priced and disgusting food at times. They make some good sandwiches and a fresh cheese pizza but the rest is junk.
Deep dish pizza is definitely pre-made tasted like days before. The crust was stale most likely from a couple days ago they probably just put the sauce and cheese on as it's ordered. Definitely won't be going back. Garlic knots were hard and Definitely not worth it.

Before COVID I would have given Luna a *5* star rating, but since then it seems like the quality of the food products used to make the pizzas is not the same. It just doesn’t taste as good. The texture of the cheese is different. I wonder if it’s the same owner? Are the just lowering their costs by serving lower quality and raising their prices? Very disappointed!
