I just moved to Scotch Plains from North Jersey and wow! I have to say it’s been very hard to find good food in my area, let alone sushi!! Everything we ordered (all raw fish) was extremely fresh and had so much flavor! The people are really nice and the prices are fairly low for the quality of freshness! ????

The best sushi I've had in NJ. Cindy and Min are awesome, really. They are super friendly. The presentation was fantastic and everything was fresh. We just shared a bunch of rolls. I can't wait to go back. Remember to tip well, America! People are serving us and need to make a living.
