New York Fried Chicken Woodbridge

The staff here are so friendly! We visited twice, and ordered a variety of sandwiches and chicken meals. Everything was good, and it’s reasonably priced. It’s a small business, and we’re happy to return and support them. It’s not a fancy place but it serves its purpose.

Poor service. Dirty cooks. Unsanitary prepping the food goes on. They charge 50 cents to use your card. That's not good. The food be old and burned or sloppy or not enough portion that it says on the menu. They cut the breast in half and will give you whatever they have. They won't make new food. The staff is very rude and say slick remarks. When I get tired of them I'll jump them all.

My son recommended this restaurant. We were greeted when we entered and placed our order. I ordered 4 pc chicken tender combo with fries and a can of soda for my son. I ordered a chicken gyro for myself. There are no tables so you have to take your food to go.
The chicken gyro was very good and you get a good sized portion.

My husband came to order us the “Fat beast”
The man said it would be ready within 15-20 mins. Upon receiving the food oh my god…. words can’t even describe how disgusting it was. for one the meat was thin as paper, the chicken tenders were small and round and hard as a rock, then there was 1 piece of mozzarella stick which wasn’t bad but everything else in the sandwich was horrible. I swear if i wasn’t starving i would have gladly returned the food and ask for my 45$ return of how bad this was. i definitely don’t recommend coming to get your food here. i ordered a sandwich similar at Lucia’s pizza located in carteret and their food is spectacular.

Idc what ya say, their philly cheesesteak IS PHENOMENAL!!! That’s really what I usually order and every time it is AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED IT!!! Very friendly service also, really good management and staff!

I’m going to start off by saying the fried chicken is top tier! I do not recommend the lamb/chicken over rice. The rice doesn’t have any flavor and the portion of meat is extremely sad! Plus, the portion of the platter in general is small! Definitely not worth $13. I will be returning but not ordering a platter!

This is possibly the most fantastic chicken I have ever tasted. I was searching for a good fried chicken place since I believe KFC sucks. The worker at the counter was very friendly and professional.
Now that I have found this place, I will return again and again. I encourage all fried chicken lovers to try this place.

Charge extra quality, not good behavior so rude
Actually, learning is good he don’t care I take the zinger burger $10.13 small patty chicken not worth it quality not good not fresh chicken piece. I call I speak shop owner he don’t care. I say you charge extra is not worth it just for that zinger burger no fries no drink $10.13, be careful these people not fair. Thank you.
