Amazing find. Felt like a hidden gem. The place takes you back to India. Awesome decorations, amazing space and great staff. Had such a great time dining here on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered chole bhature and paneer kulcha with tea. Food was delicious. Will definitely come back to this place to check out other options. Parking place is available just outside and it wasn't crowded when we visited.

This place has recently been renovated they made the place beautiful but they've done away with any type of cigarettes candy things like that they stopped delivering. They seem to care more about the hala . Then the deli the deli closes at 12:00 p.m. noon so there's no lunch the people are nice Raphael and the woman that are there are very nice people . Ask for stuff well done you don't get it well done but they're friendly. They took the TV out so while you're waiting or if you want to sit down inside and eat I don't understand why they took the TV out you don't want to loan for your business at night you shut it off clean good value but as I said only for breakfast

"Tangy, spicy Samosa chaat served with Punjabi Chole! Can there be anything better? Hi guys, earlier this week one of you asked for the best samosa chaat in New Jersey, and here I am trying one that I fell in love with at Haveli Punjabi Di in Woodbridge. Fresh, crisp-prepared samosas are deep-fried to golden perfection and then smashed with dollops of dahi, imly, and pudina chutney. And then comes the magic of homemade Punjabi Chole! Muuh mein paani aa gaya na? Time for a flavor check - it's tangy, spicy, sweet, saucy, crunchy, creamy, and so satisfying! Totally yum!"

Wow! Very close to the flavors you get in India! With all the great Indian restaurants in this area, this one is an authentic gem. Tandoori chicken was moist, soft bone-in chicken pieces in a fresh marinade of spices. This isn't the bright red, tough chicken you get at most places. Aloo gobi was awesome and richly spiced with a not so subtle essence of cardamom and ginger. The cauliflower and potatoes were perfectly cooked and not mushy. Instead of naan, we got the tawa roti which is bread roasted on a cast iron pan, made with healthier wheat flour and thinner than a naan that's made in a tandoori oven. Also got the tandoori roti, also made in the tandoori oven but with a healthier flour than a naan. Love naan but love the flavors of a roti. They are topped with ghee and served hot and fresh. I'm still dreaming about them! I had to get the palak paneer and its simple fresh taste gave us a nice balance with the complex aloo gobi. I've had better paneer though and was a little disappointed with it. Chicken sekh kabob was beautifully spiced but unfortunately it was a bit dry. The portions are generous and we had plenty to take home. The gulab jamun for dessert was just ok and didn't seem fresh. Service was great and friendly. The ambiance is a little unusual since it's a cafe in the morning and Indian restaurant in the evening.

I ordered from this restaurant through a third party for delivery. I ordered the fish with rice and naan and also samosas. I also got the gulab jamun for a little snack. When it arrived I dug in and the naan was great and the rice was too. I enjoyed the samosas. I wasn't too fond of the fish and sauce. The taste wasn't to my liking. I would definitely have to try something else another time.

Tried their kati roll and it's very different from my expectations, atleast compared to traditional Kathi Rolls or if you want to compare them to the Kati Roll Company. Not much flvor and not worth the buck you pay.

Decent sandwiches. There are signs saying that the final prices will be 20% higher than what's listed on the menu so it's not the cheapest option. They told me that they didn't accept Restaurant.com coupons anymore but still honored them anyways.

Reaching the location, my initial reaction was where did I order this food from. The place is in the back of a deli. But once I tried the food I knew it was worth it. The food was delicious and reminded me of India.

Hidden treasure. Located off a busy street inside a small convenient store with a Deli counter. Would not have found this place if I didn't plan my visit ahead. This was probably some of the best Indian food I've had. I ordered the Butter Chicken with basmati rice, chicken biryani, samosa, garlic chili naan, and a mango lassi drink. Everything tasted amazing. The garlic chili on the naan was a nice extra that gave the bread some heat. The butter chicken was a big portion of meat all on the bone in rich sauce. I tried a lassi drink for the first time which was great. Tasted like a really thick milkshake made with yogurt. I will be coming back here again.

Disappointing lunch experience. Ordered takeout on few items: Naan was thin, dry, crispy and burnt. 1. Plain naan: lacking in flavor for one naan. 2. Chilli garlic naan: tasted like slightly burnt crispy garlic toast. Not spicy and lacking any chilli flavor $3. Ordered Chilli garlic naan but looks like we got the garlic naan. The guy who took the order even repeated our order back so not sure what went wrong there. 3. Dal makhani: good but not great. Only saving grace of this whole ordering experience 3. Dili wala Butter chicken: a pricy butter chicken ($16) was too sweet for my taste. Never thought butter chicken gravy would be this sweet. It had 4 boned pieces of tandoori chicken mixed in. I'd pass on this unless you like sweet gravy. Personally I feel the gravy flavor didn't blend in that well with the tandoori chicken flavor. 4. Hariyali chicken: lacked flavor and looked like it had artificial green food coloring. I would pass on this unless you dont mind food coloring. Overall, I've had flavorful Punjabi food experience else where in Woodbridge. Other places offer complimentary rice and salad. Here you get the salad.
