Staff was friendly and polite. Restaurant was clean . A little pricey for the amount of food served.

The food here was excellent, portions were generous, and the atmosphere was fun. Late Saturday night wait was about 35 minutes. Food presentation was very good, and not too long of a wait after ordering. The music gets quite loud on Saturday night. While that adds to the fun atmosphere, it also makes it bit difficult to hold a conversation at the table. Dancing is encouraged!
While we enjoyed our visit, there were 2 things I felt was odd:
1) Someone came to our table to take our family's photo. They wanted $20 for a framed photo. Though we declined, the gentleman was polite and not pushy about it.
2) A 3.99% credit card fee was already placed our check before we decided on cash. Instead of making a big deal of it, we decided to use our CC instead.

My favorite restaurant to this day. ? I placed an order through Toast for pickup and what a big disappointment. The food came out terrible. The raw meat (despite having specified in the instructions that I wanted it Well Done), something strange came out inside an empanada (I didn't know if it was a stone or a bone, I hurt myself when I bit), they didn't pack sauces, I ordered arepas and they sent me tostones and the chicharrón, a total rubbish. Everything went wrong. I called the restaurant 4 times to make the complaint and they did not answer me.
The truth is that I have no motivation to return, much less to continue recommending the restaurant.
I want to clarify that I have NO complaints about the service. I have been a customer from the day it opened until today and they have always treated me well (especially the girls in the bakery part). Unfortunately, the most important thing, food, is what turned out the worst for me. What a regret.

I will continue to drive to Elizabeth every time I crave something because you guys didn't meet my expectations. I hope they can improve the quality of the food.

Waiting 45 minutes for an order and they do not give the complete order but they do charge you for the entire order and when I called they told me that they forgot to pack the entire order and that they could not refund the money. Very bad service.

First issue was that I walked in with a person with a disability who could barely walk and only had the use of one arm. So the Hostess decided that it was a good idea to have us walk to the very end of the restaurant?. It showed that the employee did not pay attention to my friend's obvious disability and her struggle to walk so far.
Food is always good. No complaints about that. There has only been one item that I haven't liked and it was the shrimp with cheese.
Service is ok. Every time, I have been there, the waitress/waiters have gotten something wrong. They don't come to ask if you need a refill on your drinks, you have to get their attention. The biggest problem I have with them is that they are always rushing you out. I've been there several times within the last 2 months and I always feel like they are throwing us out. Example: On one occasion, I was with a disabled person. It was hard for her to make quick decisions, as the waiter kept coming back to the table, like what seemed every 5 mins to take our order. My friend felt rushed and it made her anxious! When we finally ordered the waitress told us that she changed my friend's order to help her save money. However, my friend didn't get what she wanted, how she wanted it! It made me angry that the waitress felt comfortable enough to do so, without asking us! It also made us feel like she thought that we couldn't afford our meal when I clearly stated that we knew it would be a little more $$ for the additional item. The final straw was when, as we were finishing up packing up our leftovers, two of their employees proceeded to add more tables to ours (as we were still sitting down) to accommodate the group that was coming to eat next!! I told them that it was rude and we felt rushed. They apologized but then stood close by and kept looking at us, as we prepared to go. On other occasions, they began to grab our plates without us having finished. The atmosphere is good but it's tight. You feel like you're eating with strangers, that's how close it has gotten. No one wants to be on top of ppl they don't know while trying to enjoy a private conversation while out to eat. They need to work on making ppl NOT feel rushed.
The camera guy is amazing. He is polite and has a great demeanor.

The food and service was excellent. The staff, management and all employees were friendly and very helpful. Our waitress, Katherine was on the ball. She was very professional, friendly and quick to supply us with our needs. KUDOS to Katherine, Rodrigo and all the staff. I will definitely becoming back and recommending family and friends. By the way, the drinks are not watered down. They are very good. ??

Stopped in today for an early dinner with my husband and my adult daughters. As a latina, the atmosphere was on point. Our server was really nice. My plate was good butthe girls' plates were just ok. The chicken was bland and the bandeja which was my husband's plate was cold. The arepa was dry and tasteless. The cost was much more high-end than I expected. Not that I won't pay for good food but for those prices .. I expected better. I am not sure that we will be back.

Parking: Good parking with plenty of handicap spaces.
