Stopped by this restaurant for lunch with my co worker . I ordered the grilled flounder sandwich with added avocado. The sandwich was very bland but their homemade sauce made it taste better . The service was good but our servicer barely spoke English which is my pet peeve .

Aye I'll be honest y'all whoever be clownin Noches with a 1 star review clearly wasn't eating the same empanada and chicken that I was. This place pops off and the service kept it real all dinner. If you're stuck at the Marriott lookin for some grib, I'd recommend this spot, especially they empanadas. Stay trill Noches and don't mind the haters. 5 stars.

One of the better Noches locations. Food was great. Enjoyed my hanger steak. Phenomenal service. Good sangria. Plenty of parking.

I dined at a Colombian restaurant in Woodbridge, New Jersey, and was impressed by its modern ambiance, complete with a spacious central bar that exuded a high-energy yet family-friendly vibe. The prompt greeting and timely seating were appreciated, although the slightly understaffed situation was noticeable. The waitstaff's efforts were evident, despite the challenges. The food's presentation was a standout, giving off an upscale Colombian restaurant feel, setting it apart from local Colombian eateries. However, while the dishes looked refined, their taste didn't reflect the same level of culinary skill. The flavors were good, but there was a lack of impressive and innovative touches that could elevate the experience beyond the standard Colombian fare. The restaurant provided all the classic Colombian dishes one would expect, and the energetic atmosphere was consistent. Yet, the musical aspect was a mixed bag, with the volume fluctuating wildly from very loud to barely audible, often feeling disjointed like a playlist managed by an unpredictable DJ.Service, though somewhat slow and inconsistent due to the apparent understaffing, didn't dampen the overall positive experience. The presence of a bakery in the back offering great pastries was a delightful touch. The clean and well-lit environment added to the appeal. In conclusion, the restaurant successfully captured Latin energy and flavor, but there's room for improvement in terms of refining the culinary aspects beyond just presentation. Implementing a more consistent musical ambiance and addressing staffing concerns could contribute to a more cohesive dining experience.

Ok..so I was excited bc Noches was a go to spot when I lived in JC..the spot in woodbridge has incredible atmosphere and service. Shout out Camila our waitress. She was super busy but did a hell of a job serving us. Food is definitely hot and fresh. But there is hardly any seasoning on anything outside of salt. Drinks are mid as well. Had to send a lime margarita back bc it tasted like a pillar of salt. The bulldog I had did nothing to me but had a great presentation. The fried chicken has extra breading and was very salty. The snapper was overcooked and had no seasoning. Rice and beans were cool though. I would come back by myself for a couple shots at the bar and maybe a skirt steak off the grill. But for my family? Nah. Food simply isnt good enough

Very good bakery and cafe! Excellent staff, friendly and fast service, and great tasting cappucino. They added cinnamon to the cappuccino which makes it taste so good!

The food is good ! The atmosphere was turned into a dive, you cannot enjoy a friendly evening, the volume of the music is very exaggerated for a restaurant, the worst of all is that families can no longer enjoy themselves because you can't even talk. If you want dance and not talk to the person who attends, I recommend it.

First visit, will not be our last. From entering our server was quick and courteous. Was fun to order on Ipads, all foods and drinks were pictures and listed in English and Spanish. Great location, in Woodbridge, easy to get to. Have delicious bakery choices too. Family or date times will be great.

7/10! Some criticisms are that they do not remove the bones from the Snapper which makes it very difficult to enjoy! Also, the tostones were a extremely dry and definitely overcooked. Finally, the chicharron is not cut well so you will get crispy bits but also grizzly pieces that you can nearly choke on. Considering we paid almost $150 for a large family order I expected better.

ordered food with my family. around $300 dollar check. we already paid but when we have fun with the karaoke and everything and when we try to order another beer they tell us we need to pay at least $80 or more which makes absolutely no sense. what if it’s one person eating there and the check is less then 80 dollars.. they just won’t give it to them??

Went here for brunch for galentines day. Their decor was so cute - they had heart decorations around the bar. I got the chicharron and it was sooo good. Chips and guac was perfect. The waiter was so kind and patient, providing us recommendations.

Every night they have the same problem, the maids believe they are of much more value than the costumers who are the ones who pay expecting good service.
