Nice friendly service by Riz. Food was scrumptious with reasonable vegetarian options. The draught Modelo beer felt flat and that is why 4 and not 5 stars. Everything else was great.
Pleasant experience here! Food is warm, fresh and served at a good average time. Server we had is pleasant and really liked that she did not constantly checked on us but is ready when we need her. Accepts credit/debit. High chairs available. Ample of parking space. See images for reference. Rest room smells filthy.
Kid-friendliness: High chair available, coloring materials and games on their table mini tablet

Seated quickly, food was out pretty quick. But I only ordered soup and salad at lunch. I also had a curbside pick up for a catering order. It was ready on time. But I didn’t receive any plates, I selected to include utensils and asked for cups and ice in the additional comments box. I received all utensils, cups and ice but no plates. I was hosting a lunch and learn and should have checked the order before I drove off. But it caused me to start my L&L late.

“It’s been years since I last visited Olive Garden, and I really regret going back for dinner with my family. The food was awful. The chicken Parmesan was dry, hard, and way too salty. When I mentioned it to the waiter, she just said, ‘Yeah, a lot of people complain about it,’ and then offered me a glass of water. What?! The chicken Alfredo pasta was overcooked and clumpy, and the fried mozzarella sticks tasted disgusting, like vomit. I’m so disappointed.”

The worst experience ever! Our server Marga who served us at 242 was excellent! But the overall service sucked. We were seated after a a party that came after us, and then expected to sit in the middle of the floor. I ordered the steak dinner and my steak was tough as nails. I tried to maintain and enjoy my meal by asking for steak sauce now grant it the person I asked wasn’t my waitress but the person who brung my food out I still expected to receive the same service. By the time the steak sauce came out my daughter and husband was already done with their meal and we were already packing up the food. Marga was great but the overall experience sucked!

In my 25 years of living, the Olive Garden in Secaucus has always been my go-to spot. It’s the place that made me fall in love with Olive Garden as a kid, and it’s been a cherished part of my dining experiences ever since. Recently, I moved to Woodbridge and decided to give the Olive Garden here a try. Unfortunately, my visits have left me disappointed.
My first visit was in September when my girlfriend and I went for a late-night date around 10:30 PM while testing my commute. I’ll admit it was late, and I understand the staff might have been eager to close, as I’ve been in their shoes before. However, the breadsticks were hard, and the loud vacuuming while we were eating made it difficult to communicate. Despite these issues, we decided to give them a pass, chalking it up to being an off day for everyone.
This past Saturday, my girlfriend wanted to celebrate my graduation by taking me out to eat. I suggested we give Olive Garden Woodbridge another chance, hoping for a better experience. I even checked the reviews beforehand, which seemed comparable to the Secaucus location, so I thought, "Why not?"
Before arriving, I called to ask if there was a wait and if they were showing the football game. I was told there was no wait and that the game would be playing. Perfect. When we arrived, however, the host simply said, “You guys can have a seat and wait.” There was no wait time mentioned, no warm greeting just a very curt and unprofessional tone.
I then asked if we could sit by the TV to watch the game, but the host informed us that no seats by the TV were available. We said no problem and sat down. However, after waiting for about 5 minutes, we noticed the host seating two families who had walked in after us. Confused, we approached the host to ask why, and she claimed she thought we only wanted seats by the TV. This miscommunication could have been easily avoided with better clarity and customer service.
Frustrated, my girlfriend and I left without dining. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a restaurant I’ve always loved. I hope the Woodbridge Olive Garden improves its staff training and communication. A little courtesy and attention to detail go a long way in ensuring a positive dining experience for everyone.

It's Olive Garden...what more do you need to know. The food is good(not great), the staff is typically accommodating, and its good for a family with kids. Its tough to come here and eat on the healthy side because the healthy options aren't very exciting, but again, I only go because I want an easy option for the kids.....and it fits that bill perfectly. For a date night I plan elsewhere.

The service we received was exemplary! Our waitress was very courteous and attentive, but not overbearing either.
The food took a little long but it was also a super packed house so I can't knock them for that. Definitely a family friendly atmosphere. The food was good, no complaints, we got what we expected and would return to this location again for sure.

I was excited when I saw that they bring back stuffed chickens Marsala boy was I disappointed, the filling did not taste good and the mashed potatoes tastes was off. I never liked the Woodbridge location but since I live close by I decided to have lunch here today. Never again. The knife and forks was so dirty.
Some guys without his uniform came over and I show him the picture I took and his response was he will talk with the people inside.
