I just ordered through Uber my first time and I tell you it will be the last time. I ordered their platter and it's supposed to have two entrees and two sides. Well I got the rice and broccoli and I got the orange chicken but my string bean chicken breast was literally two pieces of string beans with NO grilled chicken breast!! Also, the food was lukewarm and I had to heat it up in my microwave and that is even with the driver getting here extra quick! A complete rip-off and I think they are doing this on purpose. As other people have said they had the same problem below in other reviews. I think it would be better to go to the restaurant itself but these deceptive practices these days are getting worse ever since 2020. Look if you want to deal with rising food prices just raise your menu prices but give the proper amount of food! I don't like paying nearly $25 for a $12.99 platter plus delivery fees and tip for the driver so you can omit one of the entrees that I ordered!! Nope, not going to call the restaurant. Just never going to patronize them again. Shame on this Panda Express location. DO BETTER. Food prices are high enough that people don't need to be jipped when they're trying to support your business!In my attached picture you can see there is no grilled chicken with string beans. Literally like I counted two pieces of string bean and that is it.

Good food and friendly staffI did walk into a glass wall at the entrance. Didn't see the door because it was to the left. Manager offered to give me ice for my face. There are no decals on glass when you walk in. I am visually impaired so I didn't see the glass. Other than that staff was great

I went in Thursday night and was met with DeeDee and she was so nice and very helpful. She made sure my food was perfect. My son is so picky and he ate it all. The restaurant is clean and they work fast to get you out.
Portions are ridiculous. They charge an extra fee for steak and you barely get any. And the food was ice cold and my soda was hot. I will never ever order here again.

That rice was inedible, completely raw, there was not a grain of rice completely cooked, everything was white and raw, I think that not even a dog could be given this food, we couldn't eat it, we had to order from the Chinese after having paid almost 25 dollars in panda very desired, the food is not stable one day it is one thing another day it is another, the previous time the meat tasted old and this time the rice very bad ?

It was busy and they told me I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be ready. Even though the wait was a bit longer than what I was told, one of the workers (Dylan) was very attentive and exemplified a great customer service experience for me!

I eat at Panda Express 3-4 times a week. This is my first time at this location and the first time I’ve ever been to this location. I ordered my food and drove home. I was on the phone and didn’t pay attention to my order being made. I got home and opened the package to find less than half the food portions I usually receive at dozens of other locations. I will never go back to this location. Based on other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one

It’s a hit or miss here. I guess they didn’t have steak ready or working so when I ordered steak (paid an extra dollar) the serving I got was literally all mushroom and vegetables with like 3 little pieces of steak. The service is always pretty good though and the staff seems nice.
