Food is good enough but omg this place is so dirty. The floors are dirty and literally every table was dirty. And it was early in the morning when I came so all that filth was probably there from the night before. Disgusting.Update: As I was finishing my breakfast there was a member of staff who was wiping the tables with a DRY PAPER TOWEL!!! How is that helping?? Where’s the disinfecting? All the food is just going onto the chairs and onto the floor! Now I’m really disgusted I won’t be coming back. This is just laziness. I hate to imagine what their kitchen must be like.

Panera and Yelp threatened with legal action by hiding the review when I talked about the C grade when their food is atrocious. I found bugs, inedible substances inside the sandwiches, & not to mention cold. Can't comment on the service since I didn't utilize the cashier. The machines were faulty but guess we'll see if Yelp will delete this review.There was also a couple middle aged employees by the name of Alex & Paul who made weird expressions at little girls during my duration there (and I mean girls that are toddlers like 4-5 year olds). Not to mention, kept staring at them. Very disturbing that I don't want to go into detail. Advise y'all to not sit in if you have young ones, or rather just avoid this place overall, between the overpriced inedible food, the disgusting restaurant, and the creepy employees.

Ordered 2 coffees, a scone and a toasted bagel , but "sorry no butter". Are you serious no butter.And we cannot send an employee across the parking lot to Wegman's for 2 lb of Butter????? Until the delivery truck comes in!!!!!!!

This place has a different vibe. I stopped by to get the hazelnut coffee and sandwich (pick up) on my way and I just loved the vibe. I spent another 30 mins here reading a book . It's my go to place now.

Rayanne was at the register today and her attitude was very unacceptable she was very ruled and was treating client very bad, and was very disrespectful when I asked her to be nice to me. She started Yelling out she was tired and wanted to go home.Horrible experience!!

As a frequent visitor to this Panera Bread location, I can confidently say it consistently offers top-notch service and delicious food. Biking to this spot has become one of my favorite routines, and I'm always met with a welcoming atmosphere that makes me feel right at home.The menu is extensive, but one item that stands out is their Three Cheese Soufflé. The blend of cheeses is perfect, the texture is light and fluffy, and it's served warm, making it the ideal comfort food any time of the day.The staff here are always friendly and attentive, adding to the overall exceptional experience. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't be disappointed!
