I had a terrible experience with this delivery driver. They dropped my food at the door, which caused a mess and ruined part of the order. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the driver started yelling at me in Spanish and was extremely unprofessional

I just ordered from Papa John’s and was absolutely disgusted to find a hair embedded into my pizza. I had already eaten some before noticing it, and it completely ruined my appetite. When I called the store, they offered to make me another pizza, but I was so sick to my stomach I didn’t want a replacement—just a refund. Instead, they told me I’d have to bring the pizza back for one, which is ridiculous and unsanitary.

This was a completely unacceptable experience. I expected better food handling and customer service from a major pizza chain. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

This was very upsetting, and the handling of the situation was disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleanliness and customer service going forward.

Three times they forgot to add sauce to the pizza. Each time we received a mound of cheese and dough. No one wanted to eat it, was told it was non refundable, Uber threw us a few bucks in credit, for several inedible pizzas. Tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt the first couple times it happened, now it's just annoying and expensive.

I Love the papa John’s in Woodbridge the staff is friendly and Aaron and another gentleman ALWAYS gets my papadia’s right. It’s fresh, hot, and good I switched to here from the Linden location huge difference!

I had the Garden salad pizza with pineapple added. It was smashing. There pizza is not as salty as Domino's pizza. It was great.....💯

I’d like to share some concerns about the service I’ve experienced at this location. I visit frequently and use my personal rewards points to place orders for my household and the last 2 times she told me “ I’m not making any pizza because you get to many free pizzas”. However, I’ve encountered repeated issues that I believe need attention. I have a business and I order several boxes of pizza at another location near my business. I have to spend $75 or mor just to get $10, that’s nothing when are ordering often.

One of the employees, who often appears unkempt and dressed in dirty pajamas, has been particularly unprofessional during my visits. On several occasions, she has refused to make my order, stating that my use of rewards points means my orders are “free” and not worth processing. This not only causes unnecessary delays but also creates an unpleasant customer experience.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that she sometimes brings her child to work. While I understand that personal circumstances can arise, this gives the impression of a lack of focus and professionalism in the workplace.

I value the quality of Papa John’s pizza and have been a loyal customer for years, but these recurring issues are disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that steps can be taken to ensure a more consistent and professional experience at this location.

I am a non complex person
It truly bother me because all people don’t live by the same financial burden, and I truly feel this is getting out of hand. I should her my ID and she proceeded to tell me about a female that she also denied. That female is my fiancé she denied and told her she think it’s fraud because you got a free pizza last week ($10) reward.

Please everyone check your order before leaving. I ordered a veggie pizza and got a pepperoni one. We don't touch pork nor do we live close so the entire pizza went in the garage.

Bad customer service the lady on the front counter Accused me to steal a soda and I didn't even pay for my order ?

We placed an order inside the store and it was ready pretty quickly. ? , wings and cheese sticks were really good !!
