So sad to see this Pizza Hut is now closed. I had been going here regularly for years. Their pan pizza's were always delicious and (aside from the occasional hiccup) service was generally pretty good and if they did make a mistake they were quick to try to correct it. Going to miss this Pizza Hut...

Immediately no. I walk in excited because I loveeee Pizza Hut. My light was dimmed after waiting 5 mins in the front of the restaurant to no one there, no acknowledgement. Guess everyone is busy. I said "hello", nothing, so I google the # and call to place my order. My toddler wants to use the restroom, k. This bathroom was so dirty and I'm pretty sure the reason why no one greeted me is because sis was using the bathroom, cool. I'm done with my child and there's NO soap. Of course I also notice that person didn't even turn on the water. Probably because there's no soap. So I wait to see if perhaps she's going to come and put some soap....nope. Sis is at the front, working. No Ma'am, order cancelled!!!!

I come here all the way from New York because we don’t have a Pizza Hut and it’s the closest one. And sometimes you just crave Pizza Hutt And I get so disgusted every time I come here. It literally reeks and smells so bad and is dirty. Why don’t the employees clean the carpets and eating area? It probably smells because a lot of kids eat here. Also on top of that the food takes forever to come out. But the main concern, is it is very stinky!! Owner you need to seriously fix this problem! A place where you eat should not stink!!

The place looks a bit run down. The pizza is good but the language barrier is rather difficult. When placing my order I had to clarify several times what I wanted.

Ordered a personal pan pizza with cheese. Was told it would take 30 minutes. I went back in 30 minutes and that's when the chaos started. There were at least 20 people picking up orders at the same time. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, they told me they couldn't find my order. I walked out in disgust and told them keep the pizza. I said I will never patronage that location ever again and tell my Co-workers/friends and family the same.

I came into Pizza Hut Friday night last minute before closing. While waiting for my food , ( as they were so graciously finishing after closing time )… I encountered 3 very fun, and encouraging associates. While I could barely wait to eat a piece of my pizza, I opened it up prematurely ( I hadn’t eaten all day )… Joe , chuckled and said it was okay for me to have my bite, Asia and Madeline were engaging and fun, while I was waiting. The other gentleman Abdullah was cool as well. Very friendly staff, exceptional customer service.. very much a reason to visit more. ( Food was also A 1 )

Ordered online for contact less pick up at curbside. The email said my order would be ready at 8:05pm. Got to the parking lot at 8:00 and clicked on the "I'm Here" button, anticipating to wait a little bit because I was early. Several cars were in the lot waiting for curbside which didn't have a specific spot to park in. After waiting half an hour decided to go inside for my food. Again had to wait in a line for pick up which was an additional 10 minutes. When I got to the register the woman at the counter apologized saying it was too busy to do curbside pick up which would've been nice to know before waiting 30 minutes. At that point the manager was already talking to someone about the terrible service and the last thing I wanted to do was wait even longer to complain. Only gave an extra star because there was an apology. And I tipped 18% for pick up ? Very disappointed in this pizza hut.

You had the world at your fingertips back in the 80s and the 90s even you could’ve really become something but wow the type of pizza you produce now is just insulting. And go to this Woodbridge location and see if they can cook you a pizza and actually wait long enough for the pizza to cook through but no they pull it out of the oven with the cheese still unmelted on it.. I’m tired of this nonsense.

Pizza was terrible. No cheese no sauce on it. Literally eating breadsticks. We order a big dinner box. Last time I ever order from this Pizza Hut. We usually don't do pizza from chain restaurants, no I clearly know why. Terrible !
First of all my family and I were very excited to come here, as it has been a long time since we did. As soon as we walk in the waiter says its a 45 min wait because he is the only server and could not handle more than five tables. So we proceeded to order at the counter, but not before the gentlemen felt the need to remind us to clean our table when we were done. At the counter I tried to order something from the menu (10 piece cheese sticks) but that gentleman said he had to charge me 4 order of 5 pieces cause he didn't had the 10 piece option on his computer. I almost lost it but I did everything I could to keep my composure. It ain't until a young lady came and helped who was the only one who seemed to know what she was doing and luckily she was able to help me finish my order I will not be coming back to this location

Pizza was fresh and delicious, but service was lacking. Had to ask for everything, napkins, utensils, cups and had to wait until someone walked by the counter to get their attention. Will be back for that original pan pizza, but that's it.

Calling this place is like calling the scammers in India. First of all they can't speak English. 2nd they're super rude, 3rd they hanged up on me 3 times. 4th I called back to cancel my order they wanted to transfer me to a different number to cancel. Pizza Hut needs to get on this and choose normal employees.

My order was incorrect last night. They gave me Stuffed Crust when I ordered a Regular. :( Also I ordered half with pepperoni and sausage but it was more like 3/4!
