Food is good and they're quick to fix mistakes. One word to the wise: employees, when someone picks up an order that was part of a MISSING order, don't make snide comments. My daughter went to pick up the items that were missing to begin when they shouldn't have been. The food I ordered was not prepared right. I purchased a 4 peice spicy meal with an extra side of Mac&cheese and a extra side of gravy. The chicken wasn't spicy at all, like it wasn't marinated correctly. Mac & cheese was over cooked like mush. I WOULD NOT recommend. I love "Popey's Chicken" but would not eat at this one again.
