Great chicken wrap and iced coffee, but incredibly overpriced, even for a rest stop.

$6 for milk and ice. First and last Pret I ever go to. Service was also very lacking, the barista/cashier barely paid attention.

They don’t know what coffee is nor do they hear the entire order :( waste of money and the lady seemed scary so we can’t even say anything. You just pay $6 per drink for milk and ice.

I asked if they could make me a fresh salad without croutons due to a gluten allergy. I was told they were currently making wraps so they couldn't. Counter staff was kind, but I left with nothing because apparently it was too difficult to make a salad.

Dietary restrictions: They have no options if you have a gluten allergy, and refused to make a fresh salad without croutons.

Worst pret coffee i had. Paid 7 dollars for small cappuccino with extra shot. Instead I got cup of milk with taste of chai lattee. Even they didn't accept subscription which I use in new york. Better was to go to 7 eleven.

This place is amazing! Holy cow, I can't ever get enough of these people, and their amazing food/service. ?

Every time I come here I try something new and I swear that no matter what it is, it's the best of that thing I've ever had outside of my own mother making it. Every. Single. Time. ?

Coffee: warm, delicious, woke my butt up
Cookies (any): warm, gooey center, with a crunchy outside. Perfect
Soup: Specifically, I've tried the tomato and feta, and it. is. to die for. Full of flavor, filling, and exactly what you want out of a good homemade soup
Warm wraps: Specifically the chicken Parmesan, is warm, crispy (not soggy at all like you might expect; like I've had at so many places like this) and also filling!

Up next, I'm trying their breakfast stuff and some of their salads. Like, seriously, I cannot get enough of this place ?, it's so good.

Plus, I'm not sure who used to be here, but every time I come in, there's a very nice young lady and/or a very helpful gentleman behind the counter. I like to ask whomever is there that day for recommendations whenever I stop by, and they're always able to point me to something that ends up hitting the spot. Whether it's morning, day, or night, every time I come in, whomever is behind that counter is kind, courteous, and professional, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Just got my coffee latte , girl and the boy with lots of piercings in his ear were so rude and she goes to steam the milk, the nasty part was that she didn’t even rinse the steaming metal cup , until I told her if she could rinse it then she proceeded with her eyes rolling almost coming out of her face, paying more expensive than Starbucks and getting a disgusting service and dirty is another level of gross.November 12, 2023 (1:35pm)

Incredibly expensive and they don’t allow reusable cups.

do not order an iced chai. you'll pay $5 for a cup of milk. no flavor or color. i threw it away as it wasn't worth the calories.

Past few times, sandwiches are very dry and just don’t seem fresh like they use to be a few years back, in traveling on road trips, location.

I got to buy almond croissants I asked for 6 and it was 10 am I couldn't believe that there was nooo available but there were really many back in the ovens, they just didn't want to do the job of lowering the tray to give me the bread. ! The truth is flats of respect, the croissants are the best for real

On my return trip home from a wedding in NY, I stopped by at Thomas Edison rest area on NJTP. I noticed Pret touting their organic coffee on a sign board. I decided to give it a try. The coffee was suave with no strong flavor, and the croissant was good too. The barista was so polite and friendly. It was a refreshing break from the two national chains we always fall for. Five stars!
