Why does this location not have carrot juice.
Past couple of months whenever I ask for juice -I have tried different times and different days- they never have carrot juice.

Idk who the manager is. But I hope she/he sees this message. Please tell me why, if I’m paying almost $10 for a juice, and I ask the girl who is working there today march 22 at 11:46 am to not add sugar because of health issues, she tells me is not possible. I ask her to explain to me why that is and the she insist is just policy and that she HAS to put sugar/syrup to the juice. I once again asked her, and she says “yeah ok whatever” rolls her eyes and makes the juice. Both attendant were rude. If they do not want to provide a good service then I suggest for them to def not work on this field. This place is not gonna have me as a costumer anymore. All because of your workers attitude. I come here every weekend with my son and spend around $15 per day. But not anymore. So dear owner I suggest you find better personnel!

Came to this location at 6:43pm on 2/1, wanted to order a medium blueberry smoothie but didn’t want any sugar in it. The guy working the counter asked me if I needed help with the ordering device or he could take my order.

I told him the order and he said he couldn’t do no sugar, that they could only do “minimal sugar”.
I told him I’ve done it countless times at various locations, just can’t have refined sugar added, just please leave the sugar off the order. But he insisted no, he can’t it has to have “minimal sugar”, that their policy had changed and he can’t do it.

I told him I can’t order the drink then, I can’t have that refined sugar as it spikes my insulin and for dietary needs, and he said ok. Not a care to satisfy the customer at all, I really don’t see how it’s policy to leave OFF an ingredient for customer.
Note I doubt it’s policy to have apple earbuds in your ear either as your even taking an order, is that policy also?

Incredibly upsetting to make the line, to just be turned away for such a simple request without being the slightest empathetic to a customer.

I used to enjoy the mango slush from this location, but the quality has declined. It no longer tastes like real mango. Additionally, the music is so loud that it’s impossible to have a conversation or even think clearly while sitting there.

Placed order on the kiosk. I wanted to sit down at table with my shopping bags. Requested a key for bathroom. The employee stated both bathrooms out of service with no sign . When he handed and slammed my drink I stated it’s not what I ordered. I requested my money back due to rude and terrible customer service
