My recent visit to Red Lobster was overall an average experience. Nothing particularly stood out—either good or bad. The food was decent and the value was fair for what we received. Service was okay—friendly enough but not especially attentive. I did feel like the restaurant could've been a bit cleaner, especially given the time of day we visited. That said, there were no major issues, and everything was generally fine. A solid, middle-of-the-road dining experience.

Ate at Red Lobster in Lancaster and it was terrific but this one was very disappointing. The serving size was half the size, the fish was overcooked and we had to ask multiple times for a refill of drinks before it delivered.

Was there for an hour before we saw any food. Then waited longer for utensils. Even more so for the stuff for crab (bib, cracking thing, wipes, and shell dish). Was not even busy when we got there.

I've always loved Red Lobster; for many, many years, my family and girlfriends have always made it a point to visit and have dinner here. It's been a long time, but the food is still very good, and hands down has the best lobster tail. I would like to comment on the fact that it's time that Red Lobster restaurants take the rugs up out of their establishments and I'm not sure what happened with the tartar sauce, but it definitely is not the same. Please bring back the old recipe or the old vendor in which it was purchased.

Mary was such an amazing waitress!! She had the most genuine beautiful smile and personality!! We had 3 kids with us and she was so kind to us all and smiled so nicely the whole time. The food was ok the rest of the table really loved their food to be honest we went because the family is into seafood but I’m not crazy about it. I do appreciate the service as that make such a huge difference to me. Thank you, Mary!!

Firstly, went in the restaurant at a time when they were empty and the service was still slow.
Ordered the admiral feast and it looked like someone had ate some of my food. The clam Strips were clam crumbs.
I returned that order and ordered the he stuff mushrooms and waited an additional 15 minutes when the restaurant was empty.
