great burger great sides great service!!!
Lola was a great waitress. The burgers for a chain restaurant were absolutely fantastic melt in your mouth burgers. We ordered the same burgers the mad love.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and greeted us right away. My toddler got a free balloon and met their mascot. Unfortunately, the silverware was filthy and had sauce stains on it. The mac and cheese is the processed powdered kind, my cobb salad was fresh, but the chicken was chewy and bland. The ribs were good. The pretzels bites were ok. Most of the food was reheated. The waitress didnt care too much that our silverware was disgusting and that she initially put in the wrong appetizer. She also forgot to use out coupon they were giving out in the mall that day to attract more customers. Wont return.

We went in and waited about 5 minutes to be seated. When we were finally sat BY THE MANAGER. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes in that time we could see everyone in the kitchen laughing and talking, doing everything but their job. We even made eye contact with some of the other servers. We also heard someone say “Who is supposed to be serving table 77”…which was our table…we knew this because we tried to order ourselves off the tablet, except you can’t…NO ONE STILL CAME TO THE TABLE AFTER THE COMMENT WAS MADE. To add insult to injury a couple who was sat AFTER US…was served FIRST. Finally a gentleman who was cleaning walked by so we asked for a manager. The same man who sat us, came over and before my partner could say anything he said “she still hasn’t come over has she?”. He did offer to take our order or give us a discount for next time. We, however, respectfully declined because at the end of the day it’s the principle and wanting to enjoy not only the food but the service as well. I hope the manager does speak to her as he said he was and the lesson is learned, that way no more service is lost.

Such fast service and everything was perfect. Server was on top of things and the manager walked around to check on us and was so kind as well. Love this location and will be back! Side note: Red Robin has the best french fries. ever. Try dipping them in the poppyseed dressing and thank me later.

Customer Service was Par Excellence Plus! It's been a while since I had the turkey burger. It was off the charts, delicious & the sauce was unforgettable. I will a repeat soon! Thanks for being great in serving us, the public.
Vegetarian options: Turkey burger is a great non beef or pork option.
Parking: With Macy's being nolonger open, there's plenty of room, like tractor trailer space.
Kid-friendliness: My grandson first time in the space. He's 15 mos old & very observitive. He had a blast!

Dont ever go to this places bad customer service I wait 30 minutes for a salad and fries in the morning when is not busy and and the gave me a cold fries and they look really bad and the manager told me that after 10 minutes the get like that i told him i was just right here bad experience in this place never go there

Im giving this a four stars because the manager on duty Austin was great. He provided very good service. However one of the younger ladies that was serving us wasnt as great. The food came out fast and was great. But we asked for another salad and it took her 20mins to bring it and we Got another to take home and the lady just forgot i suppose and the manager ended up bringing it. If it was a rush i would be understanding but waiting that long and it was very few tables w people in there is alittle much. But Like i said Austin was outstanding and very friendly. I would come back because of him.

Food was good. My problem was that when I asked waitress “does burger come with any bottomless side at no additional cost?”, she said “yes” and then I was charged additional money because it wasn’t the “regular” bottomless side. So why waitress didn’t let me know?
Also, on touchpad it didn’t show that additional charge, only could see it on the printed receipt.
And last - took 30 minutes to bring out the milkshake, and only remembered after I asked 3 times if it was ready….
Dismissive. Do not recommend this location.
