The person who worked there took our order, wrote it down, and repeated it back. We then were given the wrong order and didn't notice until after we left (we ordered twist and received vanilla). The amount given was also way less than the pictures on the front of the building. $15 is way too much to pay for the wrong item & less custard than expected.

This place is very consistent, I know it’s a franchise but the staff here is very nice and patient with kids. We visit twice per week and will continue to visit.
