Pizza is very below par, tastes stale and frozen. The manager seems to be very lazy along with the lady at the register who is not very welcoming. I definitely will not be coming here again.

I waited in the line for 20 minutes and received horrible cold food. This place is clearly understaffed and managed poorly. I’ve came here a couple of times and it only gets worse and it’s obvious the manager isn’t doing his job right.

I was at the Woodbridge mall to visit Sea Quest and I happened to came across this restaurant. Since we were waiting to get into the Sea Quest, we went ahead and took kids for Cheese Slice. I had ordered 4 slices and after the price tags that I saw, it would have worth getting the pie which should have been mentioned by cashier and they never did . Anyways, after that I wanted to try Spinach rolls and they were amazing but definitely on the expensive side. I would recommend this restaurant if you are around the area.

The pizza here is so good, and the sizes are perfect for an adult or even a child. Whenever we come to the mall, we stop here for pizza with our little ones. The place is always clean with plenty of seating and private restrooms as well. We ordered some meatballs with sauce and pepperoni slices for the kids. They even offer breadsticks that looks so good.

I was there today in the morning. I got pasta with meat but the past was horrible it was greasy and it wasn’t possible to eat. I think I have food poisoning. I am not feeling good because of that food. Not going back

Overpriced. Once charged me almost $5 for a Walmart brand water bottle- and charge almost $6 for a subpar white slice of pizza. Absolutely crazy.

This happened to me on December 31. I filed a complaint with the employees who had this in my salad, they ignored it and continued to sell food as if nothing had happened.

Practically the only place in NJ where you can get a real NYC style pizza slice, considering Sbarro was originally a chain restaurant in NYC.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pizza is available to choose
I only take the time out to write reviews if it’s either a wonderful experience or a terrible one. I went to the mall and I ordered a vegetarian pizza. Firstly the woman behind taking orders didn’t understand plain English when I asked her what goes on the specialty pizza instead she kept telling me it’s two slices. I told her I want the whole pie she kept saying two slices. I was right about to leave until I pointed at the vegetarian pizza behind the glass. Point of the review: the entire back is choral burned. I ate the crust and the toppings. Why did I buy pizza you ask? Because I was out all day and I didn’t cook for my kids so now they will see a pizza box with burned charcoal pizza inside it. Why did I pay $24? I’m not understanding are these people doing us customers a favor by giving us food? Oh I’m sorry I missed the part where I paid for the pizza. Just like how you stand there and get paid by the hour that’s exactly how others get paid and they come to you to buy their food and this is what you give them, a box full of cancer. Incase someone doesn’t know burn foods cause cancer. Is there a way I can add photos to show you guys who are reading this review. Next time before you eat your pizza look at the back of it.Update: I called them to let them know what happened and a nice employee told me to come and get a new pizza which was great because I did pay for it, however: the new pizza was COLD even though they literally made it in front of me. The same lady made it again, she said it would be made within 10 minutes it was cold. Can’t re-complain so I left it alone and took the cold pizza warmed it up at home.

This Sbarro is single handedly the most disgusting Sbarro in the east coast. The pizzas and food aren’t rotated properly, theres a hoard of dried out past its freshness pizza on the counter and the sitting area is not clean. 90% of the Sbarro menu is missing and not available. Sbarro should be more strict who it gives franchises to.

I come to this place at least once a week with my family. Partly because we like the food and partly because we really like the employee named Dylan. He is always so kind to everyone who walks into the store and really gives off a warm energy that you can appreciate. He remembers his costumers and while cleaning up the store greets people and converses with them.
