I hosted a party here back in Feb 2024. It was. 60-70 person affair. The owner was very responsive and flexible with my requests, accommodations while I was planning etc. I had lots of questions that he was able to help answer.However on the day of the party, he was not super attentive to our event. He left the service and dealings to the staff who often had to go back and forth to him for specifics.The food was really good. Tasty, fresh, hot and delicious. So no complaints there. My two biggest concerns were around what was promised and what was executed. One of the agreed upon dishes wasn't even included in the buffet. When I inquired about this, the owner said there was a miscommunication however didn't take any interest in making good on it. Not until I pressed him did he simply offer up a free meal for me and my family. I expected some money returned to me to be honest. I didn't expect him to just brush over and not acknowledge it. When I told him again he said "it was only one dish" as if not a big deal. What was I going to do with a meal if my guests didn't get the full variety of dishes?Second issue was that he told me all the leftover food would be sent home with us. However, they only sent us one tray of naan, and two trays of the curry. Our buffet consisted of WAY more food than that and I expect that if you tell me allOf the food will be sent home with me then ALL of the food be sent home with me. Down to the rice,salads, leftover apps etc!! I specifically was looking forward to the sweet dishes since as the host, I barely got to sit and enjoy any of the food especially the dessert.However, that did not happen. None of the desserts that I paid for were sent home with me. Instead, the owner and his shady practices kept all of the food that could be repurposed into next days service. So he made his money back in double.I have no problem paying for top notch quality food and services. However I don't expect to get swindled and don't appreciate getting taken advantage of. He charged us extra as we wanted a bigger variety of food and I didn't mind. But then when it comes to keeping up to his part of the agreement, he didn't act accordingly.This is the biggest problem with desi owned establishments. They have NO problem charging you left and right but will NEVER keep their word or promise.Other main areas of concerns are: cleanliness not up to par - the place is out of date and not well maintained. Instead of pocketing all of the profits, they should reinvest money back into the establishment for better lighting, cleaner bathroom facilities, updated structural enhancements etc.Because as I said food was delicious and everything takes away from that part.Overall would highly recommend to BE AWARE when doing business with this restaurant. They are not interested when it comes to customer service and satisfaction and doing right by the customer.

I kindly request you to take this critic in the most positive way, Insha Allah it'll only help your business.Firstly, kindly note that I was the host for the people that I had invited. They were my guests. I wanted to be sure the place I was going to host this dinner was supposed to be well sought after and best in class.I chose this restaurant as it was a Muslim Restaurant. When I hear Muslim: I expect, cleanliness, proper hygiene being practiced, as it is highly encouraged and valued in Islam. Besides it’s highly required for the type industry. Your business will flourish Insha Allah if you adopt and adhere to cleanliness. The prayer area needed extra attention. I regret not having it inspected before bring my guests there. Your online brochure reads 24.99 for Ramadan Buffet on Weekdays and 25.99 on Weekends. I was there on Friday, and I was charged 34.65 per person, for 15 guests. Food was cold and not labeled. This was supposed to be iftar for those who were fasting, so basically my guests had cold dinner. There should've been an option for service and of self service, may it be with extra cost. The custodial staff spoke very rudely with my guests "make your plates". We disregarded it, and while we were seated and socializing, she was rude to start picking up plates from those who were still eating. This was quite very unexpected. I look forward for improvement to consider future visit.

DO NOT GO HERE WE MADE A RESERVATION 3 DAYS AGO AND TRAVELED 2 HOURS TO GET THERE TO OPEN IFTAR WE EVEN CALLED IN A HOUR BEFORE ARRIVAL TO MAKE SURE. WHEN WE ARRIVED IT WAS LIKE A JUNGLE IN THERE NO ONE WAS IN CHARGE THEY HAD NO TABLE FOR US WE WAITED 20 MINUTES AND STILL NOTHING. IN THE FUTURE PLEASE DONT TAKE RESERVATIONS ESPECIALLY DURING RAMADAN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY OPERATE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS .

Have used Shahi palace for multiple years on multiple occasions. Will recommend them for ordering food for private parties to fund raisers to weddings, and they will not disappoint you in any category. From Sultan bhai to now Owais and team, have all maintained the quality of food and service. Thanks Shahi Palace.Vegetarian options: Pakora karhi, Bhindi and many more.Parking: Ample parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: They gave a ramp at the entrance.
