We got a chicken parmigan dinner, that was cut into little pieces , and overcooked so bad, it was black and like shoe leather. This is the second time we have gotten this dinner, and again it was awful.

I'm so very annoyed at Sorrentos tonight. I ordered a pizza at 5:30 with expected delivery being about 46 minutes. I get a notification in the Slice app that its on the way and will arrive latest 6:21. 6:45 still no pizza. I live less an a mile away (yes I know I can pick up but I have 8 month old twins, any little convenience helps). I called they said there's a parade in town so they are running a little late but it's on the way. No problem until 7:30 and there's still no pizza. I need to put my kids to bed so I'm chatting with customers service on the Slice app. When they finally got in contact with Sorrentos they were told the women I spoke to actually made a mistake my order never went out, it wasn't never made. They asked that I give them 30 more minutes. I'm fusing, I don't want them waking my kids up by ringing the doorbell. I want to cancel but I'm hungry so wait it out until 8:15 when the pizza finally arrives almost 3 hours after I originally placed the order. I totally understand things happen and there was a parade (that I live in the exact opposite direction of) but some communication would be nice.

I travel through New Jersey once a month and when I stay in this town I go here.
The people are friendly and courteous.The food is prepared promptly. The prices are reasonable, the portion sizes are large.
I had two previous menus in my car. I saw something I've never seen before...
The prices were higher slightly on one menu. I assumed that was the NEWER menu.
I was mistaken.
Some of the prices actually went DOWN on the new menu!
Imagine that in today's world! Someone lowering their prices!
While the pizza is delicious and well prepared, please don't look past the other dishes. I've had salads there that were great. And their pasta dishes are generously portioned and well prepared. $15.95 for a delicious chicken or shrimp pasta dish with a side Caesar salad and warm garlic bread is freaking unbeatable!
I wish this place was in my hometown. I would be there a lot more frequently if it was!

First & last time ordering from Sorrento’s Pizza. Took almost 2 hours to deliver my food & I live exactly 5 minutes away. I ordered a Pepsi but got a coke, I asked for utensils & got nothing. The garlic knots were great, the Philly cheesesteak was not. Same with the pizza, it tasted sweet & not pizza like at all. Highly disappointed.

Pizza was delish. Service was fantastic. Warning- there is no indoor seating. They have a few picnic tables along the sidewalk. I recommend delivery/take out.

I’m always there during my lunch break or at the end of my day from work. I must say that I will no longer go. With the exception of the younger guy David, the rest of the staff are rude. Im there maybe 4x a week and you would think the energy at least welcoming but no. Yesterday was final for me. I’ve notice that the staff are very friendly and professional with a particular race. EVERYONE there besides David, needs to improve. For better service and experience I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes down the road to the infamous ROCCOS PIZZERIA.
I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I placed a large order for my team and specifically asked for no pork on a chicken Caesar wrap for my Muslim coworker. The employee confirmed it didn’t come with pork, yet it was still added. When I returned the item and explained the issue, instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, the manager dismissed me with a highly offensive comment: “These people so religious but they ain’t gonna die if they eat it.”
Not only is that disrespectful to someone’s religious beliefs, it’s unacceptable customer service. I let him know we would not be returning, and he responded with, “Do whatever you want to do. Have a good day.” There was no accountability, no concern, no professionalism.
We all make mistakes, but the way you handle them says everything about your business. If you value respectful service and cultural sensitivity, this is not the place to go.

I asked for no bacon!! And guess what there was bacon in my wrap, guy was dismissive when confronted and said “you’re not going to die” yeah well if I’m paying for something, as a customer I can decide what to put in my body. Horrible management no manners and think everyone is out to get them. Never will see a penny from me!! My coworkers will also choose another place for our lunch orders going forward.

Had the Sorrento's pizza last nite with friends. Was good but failed on the extra cheese. No one couldn't taste the cheese. It said extra cheese but no where to find it. The nuggets ok fries good .

Sorrento’s is absolutely amazing. This is my new go-to pizzeria. Everything is delicious, sandwiches are generously sized, and the pizza is incredible. You can’t beat the prices or the quality. This place is a gem!
