Just went to order a hot tea which takes less than a min to make just for the person who took my order to go back in the office and sit on his phone. I had to wait 15 minutes while there was hardly any customers at the store just for some hot tea…I asked someone to call him for me and all he did was shrug his shoulders and finally make the tea. Didn’t even acknowledge that he forgot to make my order or that he didn’t ask someone else to make it. The service here is less than average and it’s absurd how they ask for tips (on the pay pad) before they make the drink. This is why I don’t tip!!! The ppl here forget to make the drink and sit back in their office on their phone. the fact that this person didn’t even seem to care that he forgot my order just shows lack of customer service skills and this is why I won’t be coming back.

OMGoodness ordered an iced chai latte from rt. 1 across from Wendy’s beside DD ,the worst i’ve Ever had there’s no way you are using the same ingredients as other Starbucks are using. This is just one of my favs drinks that I get majority of the time I usually buy from the East Brunswick star buck on 18 and they are always on point with their drinks. This so call chai latte you are serving taste like burnt something just nasty you remade it and it still was nasty you need to close for a day and retrain your staff on how to make these expensive drinks right and use the proper ingredients. Not to make believe it’s an ice chai latte.

This used to be my fave Starbucks. Recently have been closing at random hours due to being understaffed. This is annoying when ppl drive and waste gas and time with no way of knowing it’s closed. If u don’t have enough employees to run a business why bother staying open at all? Somethings clearly wrong if u can’t keep workers long enough to stay open a full day.

I come to the Starbucks location quite often.. this is a very busy location compared to others. However, there is one barista in there that is amazing. When she makes my drink I know it’s going to be on point. She works to get you in and out very fast, and always has a smile on her face. Her name is Magdalena, I know when she is there all my order will be perfect.Kid-friendliness: They offer cake pops in ice water for the kids, so they feel like they’re having Starbucks too.

First time i went in they took about 50 minutes to make 4 drinks and took even more longer because employees there don’t speak up they whisper your name or just simply leaves it there like are we suppose to guess which is which? Second time i went they took about a hour to make 2 drinks but not making it they said they forgot about it and gave me a crossant for consolation never coming to this starbucks again.

Took 20 minutes to for my mobile order to be ready, which was 10 minutes longer than estimated. And while it's understandable given that I went in the early afternoon on a weekend, I was disappointed in the response I got after checking on my order almost 20 minutes after I placed it. There was no, "Sorry about the wait." All I got was, "It's coming up next." And then when it was ready, they said, "Thanks."

My husband and all my in laws & family are traveling and just went to this location we waited for a long time and only wanted to pay for cups, once we got to the front we asked if we could just pay for the cups because we're not making an order. I believe it was the manger but a tall man in a dressy black shirt told my sister in law with me "I'm only one person you can wait" . This was rude and bad customer service . Even with short staff they are rude staff. One person did stop and help us which was a young white man with glasses. So my family thanks this young man only. But not happy at all with the manger.
