Mobile ordered, and after 20 minutes waiting had to get into very long line to inform them they had somehow lost my food and drink mobile order. All told, didn't get what I ordered until after a half-hour after I ordered it. Made us terribly late to Washington, DC destination.

So I came to this location to get a small coffee no one was on line so I stand by the register, waiting for someone to become available to take my order. I saw one girl standing in there not doing anything so I just stand there and started waiting then a Caucasian couple comes behind me. Kaitlyn immediately walks to the register and takes my order when I was standing here five minutes and she was just looking at me. I am very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location again. FYI, stop hiring racist services. She needs to be fired.

I stopped by this plaza on my way from a Gentlemen’s Club and the overnight baristas here are so cute, being served by them really made my day they were straightforward and made my drink with extra love! Thanks Thomas Edison <3

Panini is $8.21. What a waste of my money as there was no stuffing , it took them 15 minutes just to reheat the panini. Corporate stores ran by Starbucks with zero training on prep and service.

Edit (added): No thanks to the automated "Response from the owner" with a link that does nothing to resolve the issue or "assist" with this issue.Ordered a shaken espresso beverage. Absolute garbage. The barista was deeply engaged in a conversation with a customer, read the order over and over probably because he was distracted, during which he killed the shots, started shaking the ice and espresso so much it foamed up to the top of the shaker, poured it into a grande cup, which of course ended up overflowing, proceeded to dump out the espresso instead of scooping out the foam, topped it off with the milk foam. Gave it a minute, my cup is now half empty. This is a rest area, people are already groggy from traveling, so thanks for adding to my agitation and traffic. I’m sure they’re counting on the fact that no matter how terrible their service is, people will stop in for coffee while they stop by this rest area. Starbucks corporation really needs to focus on improving rest area locations.

barista huffed & puffed in my face because they screwed up my order & gave me a hot instead of iced. then he continued to give me dirty looks as he re-made my drink. disgusting customer service. how is this how you treat customers? should get written up. the man working at 1 pm on 1/19/24.

They always take a break just when you want to order during the night.Two employees, both of them have to take a break together, instead one of them staying to serve as the other goes on a break. they advertise 24 hours open.I had it happen to me three times within the past two weeks.Just as I get there during the night while taking a detour, knowing that that Starbucks is open , they are like “ We are preparing to take a break now, will be closed for 30 minutes”You are relying on this 24 hour service, skip the night hours, because it literally means nothingAdd to the fact that there could be two or three employees, and the line takes forever.
