Check your cold cuts! I ordered a cold sub and the meat looked funny but didnt think anything of it until later on that night. I got sick.

I ordered the Italian sub through the app. I get my sandwich home, Literally, the only thing on here is one slice of deli ham, One slice of cheese, one Tiny pepperoni, Only a quarter of the sandwich has lettuce, Very little tiny bit of mayonnaise, and nothing else. What the hell is this? Why waste my time with a skimpy sandwich? I felt like I was literally eating bread and nothing else. Subway sucks! If you want a sub go to a real deli, these chains are the worst!!! An Italian sub at QuickChek is pretty skimpy but offers you more than what subway offers you, Wawa just sucks altogether, but still better than Subway ! Go to a real deli and for the same price they give you something that’s gonna feed you and not leave you wondering where the meat is how do you slice ham so thin One slice on an entire sub And this wasn’t an isolated incident because all our subs we ordered for altogether we are the same and my son said that’s why I don’t go to Subway. This happened to be four times at three different locations!!! You people you need to stop with the commercials on TV. You are not what you advertise yourselves to be.

I called them within 1 min of placing prder saying i want to cancel since i accidentally placed the order and it clearly says on the subway app that u need to call the store to cancel the order (only they can void it) and they told me that their manager is in India so they’ll get back to me asap, but never did. Highly unprofessional. I paid $44 and haven’t got that back yet.

Worst service experience ever. Ordered a veggie patty. While ordering, the cheese options were hidden with a tin and not properly visible or listed. Moving ahead to other items, server was hesitant and putting single piece of vegetables. I had to literally request to add more and they would add another piece. I mean one can expect at least decent amount of vegetables in a veggie sub. They dint had all sauces options either. I don’t feel like eating my sandwich where the energy is not so cool while serving. Pathetic!

Visited this place for lunch. Ordered 3 sandwiches and the bread was stale for all three of them. Also the price charged was higher than the Subway promotion. Hands down Quick check and Jersey Mike's sandwiches are much better.
