What an unhygienic place.i am a vegetarian and When told to change the gloves to owner at the counter and he started blabbering. He started adding the toppings that I didn't want and When asked he is telling me that I m having lot of customer.what the heck was this reply I was totally pissed off on him . Is it My problem that the staff is slow like a turtle. The way he had topped up my sandwich i felt like trashing it.i told him that you have added what i didn't ask plus as per new menu of subway double cheese comes with all sandwiches except the fresh fit collection which I know as I am a subway franchise from different state and told him that but he still said we don’t follow subway and their rules then he started removing wrong veggies with his hands. I was totally mad on him as he could have made a new one.my question is to subway owner is that why do you run a subway franchise restaurant when you aren’t capable enough to follow the rules of the franchise business and who doesn't have basic manners and hygiene. Will never ever come in this subway branch .pathetic, dirty, filthy ,mannerless are the words i would use to describe this branch. I have already reported the store to the BDA now let’s see what they do .
SUBWAY SHOULD REVOKE HIS SUBWAY FRANCHISE AND MAKE IT CORPORATE OR SELL IT SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT ARE THE CORPORATE RULES AND HAS COMMON SENSE ENOUGH TO FOLLOW THEM .
