I live 20 minutes away and this is still my go to spot. The steak/chicken and rice are phenomenal. BUT the tacos that they serve here aren’t even close to any other tacos I had around here, and I’m usually picky when it comes to tacos. Every time I come in it’s always good energy

First let me start off by saying I don't normally do this at all , I'm writing this review because surrender deserves me taking the time to write this! I ordered some empanadas & chuletas platter and food was the best Puerto Rican food I've had in a long time !! Everything tasted amazing and cooked to perfection! Price was fairly decent and worth every penny! Service is kind and was greeted and acknowledged right away . LOVED THE AESTHETIC, makes you feel the tropical vibes. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

This place is by far the best Puerto Rican food in all of NJ. Its even better than the ones in NYC. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The food brings me back to my family visits in Puerto Rico. My grandfather says it brings him back to when he was little, growing up in Fajardo. I visit every time I'm in town without fail. 10/10

I really hate to leave bad review but I can only be honest.😡 So disappointed 😖, Steak with onions = very dry no flavor, where's the seasoning? Tostones (fried plantain) OLD + REHEATED & PROVIDED TO me THE CUSTOMER? THINK HARD TASTELESS CARDBOARD. 👎 Trash, could not even eat them, my dog wouldn't even eat them and that says a lot. Literally we're thrown away in the trash. I'm so disappointed but it would cost me more to go get a refund. So i'm just gonna speak my truth here. My experience with this food was trash. I do not recommend.

2026 We placed an order for pickup. The soda was never added or billed to our order. Unfortunately all the food was cold. The portions are still good. We will not be ordering or going back anytime soon!!
