We had a party of 10. Thus, various dishes were ordered and we did share some dishes.
Based on our dishes, the pernil was a bit dry though the quantity was sufficient. However, the chicken with onion dish was dry also. The chicken was white meat only and was well cooked before onions were added for additional cooking. However, the onions were added too late, thus the white meat chicken was quite dry.
