This past Saturday, January 6th, we had my daughter's Sweet Sixteen at The Grand in Linden. I can't say enough about the staff at T&L Catering. Pam, Linda and Leo were patient and understanding with my questions and were quick to respond from the moment we booked the venue. The most important for me was taking my daughter's fish allergy very seriously. They changed their fry oil to accommodate us and that is very rare in the restaurant/catering business. Have used T&L to cater various events over the years. Their menu options are vast and all the food is delicious. Professional and reliable. Would highly recommend them.
