This past Saturday, January 6th, we had my daughter's Sweet Sixteen at The Grand in Linden. I can't say enough about the staff at T&L Catering. Pam, Linda and Leo were patient and understanding with my questions and were quick to respond from the moment we booked the venue. The most important for me was taking my daughter's fish allergy very seriously. They changed their fry oil to accommodate us and that is very rare in the restaurant/catering business. On the day of the event the staff on premises; Lisa, Leo and Joe and their staff were professional and despite having snow that day, everyone was there to help in any way they could. The food was amazing and plentiful. The room at The Grand is lovely and I would definitely work with T&L Catering in the future. Thank you, T&L and The Grand staff, for making my daughter's Sweet Sixteen a successful and memorable experience.
