This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The staff member who took our order, Jasmine, displayed a rude and dismissive attitude throughout the interaction and appeared uninterested in providing basic customer service. Her tone was unprofessional and, at times, came across as discriminatory.
Additionally, our order was handled carelessly. The Chipotle wrap we ordered was missing from the bag. When we brought this to her attention, instead of addressing the mistake, she responded with unnecessary argument and reluctance to assist. Furthermore, a straw was not provided with our drink. Upon requesting one, she insisted it had already been included and directed us to check the bag again, despite our clarification that it was not there.
Such behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect toward customers. This experience was highly frustrating and does not meet even basic standards of service.

I had the pleasure being serviced by Jazlene at the drive thru. She greeted me with a very happy tone and listed the things she would get. She recommend Party pack supreme, which was amazing for my group. I pulled to the next window and there was the big smile she was so very nice. I’m glad taco bell has her on their team this taco bell needs it.

I just met the nicest person ever at a Taco Bell. Middle aged lady, didn't get her name, she made a custom order for my daughter, treated the Uber drivers with respect, spoke nicely to the people waiting. Taco Bell should hire more people like her!!

Can’t enjoy my food if they can’t even get the order correct.. not sure why they segregated the beans and the beef in the burrito. They put the beans in the back and the beef in front. Who does that???? I want it to be mixed together next time. No exceptions. Would you want to be eating straight beans? Tacobell? More like sloppybell.

It's Taco Bell. What can I really say. It's a hit and miss sometimes. The late night crew (at this specific location) are very impatient at the drive-thru. Customer service is extremely important to me and this just wasn't the best experience in that dept. Other than that, the food tastes like it should, haha.

The service at this Taco Bell is terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and acted like taking orders was a burden. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, even though employees were clearly walking around behind the counter.
Once my order was finally taken, it took an unusually long time to get the food, and no one provided any updates or apologies for the wait. The employees looked disorganized and there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency.
Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient, but the service here makes the whole experience frustrating. This location seriously needs better management and staff training. I won’t be coming back.
The person in the picture in particular was extremely rude and had very bad attitude.

I had this complaints before multiple times. I brought it up to the store manager previously she said it won’t happen again and issued a refund for my food. But it keeps happening. They keep adding meat to my food even though I am a vegetarian. I don’t want a refund i want a solution to this and religious beliefs to be taken seriously by the staff

This Taco bell is very un highgenic. They mix meat with veggie stuff . Be careful before you eat . Make sure what they putting inside. Today I ordered veggie crunch wrap they mixed meat into that crunch wrap . I never had this kind of junk service after 30 minutes wait they gave me mixed meat wrap .

Ordered delivery and they put the wrong address. I called and was told my issued could be resolved through the app. The rep at the store stated my food could not be redelivered even though it was their mistake. So someone else got my food and I went to bed hungry. Thank you for the poor service
