Too slow service even for to go order. People ordered after me got their order before mine. They have to know the sequence in which we order has to be delivered in same manner in time. I had to go to work and got late.

The food is always good. The service is good, but the wait times can sometimes be very long. It is definitely kid friendly, and it's wheelchair accessible! I love the new Dipping Burritos. Delicious!! I would definitely recommend it. Don't forget your cinnamon twists (so good)

Worst management. I waited for sixty minutes to get my orders. The mid age lady on the cash counter kept on giving lectures on respect and patience to the customers and riders rather than prioritising and getting done with work silently.

I came in during rush hour and the general manager (I wish I asked her name) was courteous, professional, and delivered an outstanding customer service experience. She truly went above and beyond regardless of the pressure of the 6pm rush; I observed her patient and encouraging interactions with her staff working the line while she supervised.
She is a perfect example of the type of employee the company needs in terms of leadership representation; it’s safe to say I was beyond impressed.
Thank you again for going the extra mile to make my day a little brighter!

This is one of the worst Taco Store when it comes to management.I have faced similar sort of issues repeatedly where either wrong order was served or items were missing.If you complain to Manager Maggi who is incompetent to run the store as she has only one quality that she talks nicely but if complain then her response is mistake do happen and we work very hard which suggest people working at other location are getting free Salary. Mistake do happen but not repeatedly.Either is drive through or grab and go everything is mess here and she says if you don't like this store then go somewhere.I don't understand how people like her are running this store may be known to owner. If you want to spoil your meal then Visit this store and want to spoil further then meet the Manager .won't be going to this store in future .Suggestion to owner find some responsible employee and competent manager

Staff was attentive and fast. There are 6 kiosks to order from and shelves for pickup orders behind the counter. Soda is to the side, along with paper straws, sauces, napkins, and plastic utensils. Plenty of parking, but be careful as the lot entrance/exit is very busy.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, has tables inside to sit down and eat at.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, building is on 1st floor.

This is literally a taco HELL. what the hell is wrong with the employees. Especially the tall chubby kid with the curly hair with the glasses. completely distracted on the phone wearing airpods, not listening to a damn word, then gets annoyed when i asked for sauce. not just that but the tacos barely had any meat or cheese. i spent 30$ on a 12 taco pack, and they only gave me 10 tacos, i was already home and didnt feel like going back and risking the tacos then to get soggy. this really sucks, the customer service is horrible. im surprised this taco bell isn’t closing down and if not its because people dont want to drive extra for another taco bell. if you are okay with horrible service and ripping you off with 90% taco shell and 10% meat then this taco Hell is for you.
The manager there seems to be a very nice guy. Service was awesome clean and friendly atmosphere i would recommend
