Very rude, I called to speak to the store manager and they lady was rude and kept saying may I help you over and over but wouldn't clarify that If she was the store manager or not.

I can't really judge the atmosphere because I don't really go inside, but I will tell you the drive-through consistently only has one lane open when there's actually two lanes and the only window that is typically open is the second drive up window. The Edison location on route one is far superior and they have their procedures on point. This location always messes up my food and so I would suggest that you definitely check it before you leave and I've actually even had baked potatoes with sour cream in my order and asked the person at the window did they put sour cream in my bag and he literally looked at me and said it was there and thankfully I checked my bag before I went home because the sour cream was completely missing so I was lied to in my face. Then when I went back, the guy told me oh well he was in training as if that's my fault. If somebody's in training, shouldn't you be checking the bag and also even if you're in training, you know if somebody ask you is the sour cream in the bag, that you checked the bag if you don't know instead of just telling them yes. Then today I went there and I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked the girl if I could have a chili sauce since I haven't tried it yet and I wanted to try it on my sandwich and she told me it's $.53 for one sauce, not an extra sauce, but one sauce. First, you guys can't get my order right and then you try to nickel and dime me for one sauce and she told me the sauce doesn't come with the chicken sandwich. First off I'm not paying for a sauce that I don't even know if I like. Second, you know what else doesn't come with the chicken sandwich, my unwavering loyalty and patronage to this location. It's truly sad because you're in a great location and you should be doing so much better and you should have Edison store train your staff and use their processes. I will say I've never had bad food from there, but again the inconsistencies and the mess ups, and the lack of friendliness is disturbing. Sadly, this is the closest one to my house

This placed looked absolutely beautiful for the Holiday Season. We quickly saw it two weeks ago and had to come back again and check out all the decorations. Loved the Christmas village and my kids really loved looking at everything. Staff was helpful, everything was fresh too. Excellent Wendy's location!

Nice location but they are always one person short, so the service is always slow. Ketchup dispenser is always empty, so is the napkin holder. Seems like the franchise holder is trying to squeeze every nickel out of this operation and it shows.

If you come to this Wendy’s, be prepared—there is a 100% chance they will mess up your order. Every single visit is the same story: missing items, wrong items, cold food, or something completely different from what you paid for. It’s honestly impressive how consistently they get it wrong. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually pays attention.

Oh man where do I start, I’ve been coming to this wendy’s for 30 plus years and I haven’t encountered a better Manger than that nice caucasian guy that used to work there back then the place used to be amazing. I had some nice conversations with him he’s about 5,5 red face and green eyes I don’t know where he went but after he left the place has just gon downhill. Wendy’s needs to find a new Manger ASAP.

Not only were we pressured to add a coupon book to our order for an additional fee, they would not give us a sweet & sour sauce with our chicken nuggets meal. They told us that ketchup was free, but we had to pay for a sauce, if we wanted it. Worst service ever!!!!
