Oh man where do I start, I’ve been coming to this wendy’s for 30 plus years and I haven’t encountered a better Manger than that nice caucasian guy that used to work there back then the place used to be amazing. I had some nice conversations with him he’s about 5,5 red face and green eyes I don’t know where he went but after he left the place has just gon downhill. Wendy’s needs to find a new Manger ASAP.

Not only were we pressured to add a coupon book to our order for an additional fee, they would not give us a sweet & sour sauce with our chicken nuggets meal. They told us that ketchup was free, but we had to pay for a sauce, if we wanted it. Worst service ever!!!!

This location has slowly gone down hill. They only have 1 soda machine working that only has diet doctor pepper or minute maid drinks. The workers are rude to customers. Double check what you ordered because they are rude if they make the mistake. The woman manager refused to apologize when order was keyed wrong because she didn't understand. The tables are sticky and a homeless woman lives in the dining room. Go to the one on st George Ave, they have thier act together.

Service was horrible Git some of the order wrong and waited over 10 minutes for them to fix it By then everything else was cold Then waited another 5 minutes for straws Very rude staff Lazy and slow moving Not going there again

Grabbed something to go. No napkins in bag, so I had to reverse back to get them. After I pulled out, I realized, no napkins in bag so had to do it agsin. But the burger was great!
