Went here to pick up a doordash order. The lazy employee refused to give me the order because I refused to make the drink. Doesn't that completely defeat the point of a safety seal if the dasher is preparing the order?? Another employee looked at me like i was correct when saying this, yet followed up with the other drivers do it. Ew. Kinda crazy wingstop allows this and makes you question what other disgusting behaviors these employees condone in.

Not only do they ALWAYS get my order wrong. They never have anyone there who understands or speaks English… very frustrating to spend $35+ every time and it’s literally messed up.. EVERY TIME.

This food is terrible. It doesn’t have no flavor at all. I asked for garlic wings and they just threw the powder on top and it smells so bad like I almost threw up when I opened up container where the wings came in french fries are very extremely salty. I wouldn’t recommend not even my worst enemy to come to this restaurant, or order to go restaurant.
Slowwww. Waited over 20mins to get my order smh. Cajun fries were a lil too spicy but tasted great dipped in ranch. Parmesan wings were mid (not much flavor)

These woman don’t know how to do their job, not only do they give ugly attitude but I had to wait almost 20 minutes for an order of 10 freaking wings for DD. I honestly don’t recommend going there nor tipping, it is not worth it. Hopefully they replace stuff with better costumer service.

I sent my bf to get me a chicken tender combo and asked him to tell the cashier to make them extra well done. Meal came out perfect and Gabriella did a great job on making sure my food came out good! Thank you! :)
If I could give it a zero star I would. Customer service is terrible!!! They never answer the phone and when they do, they tell me I can't order over the phone when every other Wingstop allows me too. When you go inside they don't even acknowledge you until you say something. Worse Wingstop I've ever been too and they're consistently inconsistent.

Well at first i was skeptical because of the negative reviews, But i decided to try it anyway. The ambiance was cool, something like walking into to a fast food spot like McDonals but much cleaner and neat. I ordered some wings to go, i got 5 garlic parm and 5 spicy asian. The gurl at the register was cool, and it took less than 15 minutes from the time i ordered to the time i received my order. now the garlic parm wings were ok, meaning they were fried properly and good temperature, however i really didn't get the garlic parm effect, it was more like they sprinkle garlic parm flakes on them rather than mix them in the flavor, so i wouldn't try them again, ive had better at my local bar. the spicy asian wings were actually good, fried just right and the sauce was actually good, nice favor with a little kick, i actually wouldn't mind trying them again. overall i give them a 3, if the garlic parms were good, they would have got the four.
